Spotlessly clean, very inviting and relaxing, I have a lobby where I can just unwind, instead of being in my room, all the time.
It’s seems to be an older building, nevertheless, very classy
I am very observant why I noticed, other than that no one would know for sure.
Also, I like the hall way which I can use to do few minutes of walking up and down.
It is spacious I don’t feel clustered, actually I feel free staying there. Of note, is that a lot of hotels which came after Montecarlo, does not provide the kind of Aura, I described.
I have been checking around so I know. I actually visit them inperson
The bar area is very inviting and catchy, it makes me fell like I want to invite friends and hang out and of course try the meals which I haven’t yet.

We were there one night. It was pretty clean. The room had some maintenance issues with wallpaper paper peeling. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi sweet, but we didn’t realize the tub was in the middle of the room. Awkward considering I was with my sister. The breakfast was extremely basic with very little gluten free options. But the staff was kind. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking.

Front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was I think the cleaning person used alcohol wipes to clean the room. It smelled very strong of alcohol wipes but when I went to see a friend staying on the 2nd floor her room smelled normal! Wasn't able to stay for breakfast so can't comment on that. Lots of parking which was a great bonus.

Good location, as long as you don‘t need to go to the city center, clean, friendly staff u d reasonably priced.

Average hotel. Nothing special, hotel could use an update. Mattress was worn out.
Breakfast was very limited and they tried to up sell you with eggs and bacon etc.
Not a terrible experience just a mediocre one.
Would I stay here again? Only if there was no other options.

When I arrived the remote to the TV did not work I had to ask 4 times before I finally got a remote that worked. Every time I requested the remote they said 10 minutes but no one ever showed up.
The bathroom was full of flies every day I came home from training, lots of flies.
Each day i came home by key card did not work, I was on 5th floor 534 so had to go down in the elevator every day to get a new key card.
Last day I was waiting 10 minutes for the elevator, went to my room and called the front desk to ask if the elevator was out of order, they said no. I was standing again for another 10 minutes then a house keeper yelled from the other end of the hall way that the elevator was not working.

Worst property to stay ever was not clean carpet was all dirty and gross i paid for jetted tub but it didn’t work, spots on the bathroom floor bugs in the room curtains does not shut properly AC did not work properly did not cool down the room at all all night it was so hot and also no Wi Fi plus windows were gross and customer service terrible terrible. Somebody called the room too said he is the owner of the premises.

Liked easy access to the hotel and restaurants in the area. Short drive to Toronto Pearson airport. Cleanliness around bathroom fixtures needs improvement.

Hotel is in fair condition but the bedding was stained. Decent continental breakfast. Very convenient for airport travel and not too close to hear the airplanes. Noisy in the halls at all hours.

I was impressed for value for the money for my most recent stay. Good nightly rate secured me a good sized room, with excellent breakfast included. Amenities were also very good. Cleaning staff was excellent. Minor complaint I had was concerning quality of Wi-Fi (signal constantly dropped).

The light is connected to the fan so it was very noisy in room and bathroom. The mini fridge was not plugged in and couldn’t be plugged in. There was also no water in the fridge. The hot tub was nice.

This was an excellent property. Even though you had to pay extra if you wanted eggs and meat with your breakfast there were plenty of other free options: OJ, muffins, hot and cold cereal, toast, freshly baked pastries and coffee. The only down side was all the construction going on in the area. I would definitely stay here again when my travels took me to the Toronto area.

The bathroom was dirty . Black mould all behind the toilet and on ceiling in corners . And the corners of the floor in bathroom were ridiculously full of dust n dirt . All around the floor by the air conditioning unit was soaked the carpet
