You. A tell this is a 5 star hotel from the top notch service and beautiful decor. Location can’t be beat as the White House is within view. The staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Great hotel.

Great location, but the hotel has seen better days. Rooms feel dated, the water pressure in shower was non-existent. Needs renovating. Staff was all very helpful and friendly.

This was a wonderful experience to stay at the Hay Adams. Perfect location, the service was impeccable and you never know who you might see having drinks in the bar. My only slight request is that our pillows were so soft that we woke up with stiff necks. I’m sure if we had requested new pillows, we would have slept better. Great choice and can’t wait to be back!

The location is great---The front desk was very accommodating as I arrived early. They made everything very comfortable & the room was beautiful and well set up.
The water pressure and hot water were great too given that this is an older property.

. They offer coffee machine and coffee in room but for us early raiser not not wanting to wake up other people in our room it would be nice to have office in lobby.The staff all great friendly and personable. Would high suggest and we will be back.

The room was beautifully decorated and arrangement. Bedding was so comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and sad to leave.
