Loved the place so much, ease checking in, friendly staff. Helpful problem solvers, the pool lock was being finicky and the registration staff walked over with us each time to open it for us.
Down side was the sauna wasn't working and the hot tub is filled in. I'll book a Jacuzzi suite next time!

Needs a makeover badly. Peeling wallpaper, nasty grout in bathroom. Could not check in until 4:30 so had to rush to game but very apologetic and gave us free drink coupon for bar. Breakfast buffet fab!!

We were only there for one night, but were treated very nicely. The staff was very friendly. The maintenance is very helpful when it came to putting batteries in my TV remote everything was clean.

I had a first happen on this trip. When we checked into the hotel and made it to our room. We open the door and someone was already in the room. I went to front and the were just as confused. They did het us into another room successfully.

This was a girls weekend trip. There were four of us and I booked a Suite. For the price I paid I was disappointed.
The bathroom had what looked to be pieces from the ceiling or possibly broken grout pieces from the tile. The bathtub had horrible rust stains. The beds were okay, not great. We had to call down in the morning to have the staff bring us regular coffee because the room was only stocked with decaf. We still had a great time, but next time I will think twice about spending the money to book a suite vs a single room or two.

The amenities were great! I was able to get the room I wanted, which was very convenient. Great gym area! However, the metal pull bar fell on the back of my head, it was pretty painful. I should have been paying more attention. Someone prior had broken the plastic cord to adjust weights off, in which I brought it to the front desk’s attention. There also needs to be a sign in the gym’s restroom door advising to bring key b/c it’s not part of the gym. The continental breakfast was great! ! I didn’t get the chef’s name, making breakfast omelets, but he highly deserves a raise and/or recognition! I know he was a hispanic gentleman working on an extremely busy Saturday morning. He was very composed, professional & focused on guests & while a female coworker complained to him about a kitchen situation! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to others going to a concert event & we would stay here again!

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfy. And, of course, the breakfast with made to order omelets is a pleasant way to start any day.

Embassy Suites always delivers, and this one in Rogers is huge and beautiful. Manager’s reception was great, breakfast was delicious, and the proximity to the concert venue was easily accessible.

Hotel is within walking distance to the Walmart amp plus several restaurants. Nice & clean. Beds are ok but could be a little better quality. Breakfast is usually good. This trip we went to breakfast at 9:00. Juice machines weren’t working, ran out of biscuits, bread for toast, muffins & pastries.Not sure what was going on with 1 hour left for breakfast.

The hotel was amazing. What made me say yes this is why I will always stay at these hotels was what they did for all of their guest after the tornadoes. We all lost power and next morning they were taking our names and no questions asked giving us reimbursements. All the while the staff that could make it in was there giving everyone juice, water and what fruit and other items they could for breakfast. Def relieved some stress upon departure

Michael at the front desk was awesome! He was so nice and helpful!! The breakfast was great as well. The bathroom sink faucet handle broke but it wasn’t a problem.

It always smells so fresh when you walk in, the staff is friendly, room is spotless and updated, and food is great!

The property is large however it’s very dated and needs some update. It has a unique smell that feels muggy and moist. There are no USB PORTS and the rooms feel dark and old.
