Staff didn’t want to be bothered with a customer at check in…. Room was very nasty and flooded, there was a lot of mold. We were changed a room not much better, but there didn’t seem to be any mold. Morning staff was much more friendly. Breakfast was not at all impressive. For a hotel with such amazing potential, the owner / manager doesn’t seem to want to reach for the top of the stairs, much less reach for the stars.

Many things were brocken in the room and in the bathroom. Air cond. very very very noisy.

I expected a CLEAN room but the floor in the bathroom was so dirty I had to wash it. The "remodel" work was below standards. The dog hair everywhere was gross. The door and lock looked like the FBI busted in several times. The outside lights flashed all night. It was scarey walking thru the broken sidewalks and the parking lot mad me feel like I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I stayed one night and left.

Che k in clerk has no idea where our room was .we had to find it in the dark. Massive cockroaches running around. No cups, plates in rooms. No tea or foffee in room only 1 towel.
We did check in very late but not at all impressed.

Not good: Quality of bedding; door to room-safety questionable; overall ambience for morning breakfast (4 different staff persons could not get dining room tv working-); questionable room assignments- appeared very racial with certain group asdivned in back section).

The GM sent a girl to ask what our room # was because we brought our small dog into the room with us overnight and its not a pet friendly property ( I misread the description and thougjt it was) and after giving the young employee my #, I asked her why she needed it and she turned and rudely with an attitude said, cant I ask to which i responded yes and I answered you so please tell me is there is problem she turned her back to me and walked away. It was so very unprofessional. The staff her is not professional.

Did NOT check-in. I was trying to check-in earlier, but they were trying to charge me extra $25-50.
Front deck staff "ladies" were terrible, no customer service experience at all.

Checked in wasnt told where my room was wasnt told the wifi password! Tried calling fromt desk phone didn't work. The toilet was broke couldn't sit on it with out it coming up from the floor! I'll never stay here again

This was an absolute disaster. We booked 2 rooms but only ended up with one because they couldn’t get the doors open. The rooms was dirty and stinky. Used towels in bathroom. Didn’t sleep at all and when I told the morning person they told me they wouldn’t charge me for second room. I feel like I shouldn’t be charged at all. I will make it a point to not recommend this brand to anyone.

This room was not clean - there was build of dust/dirt on the vent in the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door was dust and dirt. And also that behind the toilet seat could have been cleaner.
Our first room - the door would not lock with the dead bolt. The door had to be pushed VERY hard to shut tightly but felt like it would break in half - then still the dead bolt would not lock. We asked for another room - when I arrived to the room, the door was wide open and all the lights were on. Returned to the desk and the staff seemed as confused as me. Finally the third room we were able to feel safe and lock the door.

Seemed to be short staffed. Staff that was there was very helpful, but the first 2 rooms that they tried to put us in had not been cleaned. I would not recommend this place

THERE WAS BLOOD SPLATTER AND A BULLET HOLE ON OUR CEILING!!!When we arrived for check in they told us we could not check in due to them being short staffed. The employees were arguing and walking off the job because they didn’t want to clean the rooms so they said we wouldn’t be able to check in for another 4 to 5 hours. There were a lot of guess that had to be cancelled and they were refusing to refund without a manager. They mislead you with the photos from the front lobby but once you get pass that area, it is a roach motel. Completely disgusting!! Doors have to be forced shut or they will not close. I definitely do not recommend!

Was given a room that had 3 roaches. Then was given room next door. Founds insects in this as well. Was there 3 days. Room was never cleaned on any of the 3 nights. Only left towels in room. Would not ever stay there again. Would sleep in my vehicle. Coffee was not good and watery. Just nothing good.

Room door didn’t close properly as well as was missing cover on card reader inside showing wires, bathroom sink area was broken, beds felt damp, stain on ceiling and wall areas , computer chair looked like it came out of dumpster.

The woman who checked me in was really nice. It isn't bad but the shower curtain rod is about to fall out of the wall and we had the slam the door for it to actually shut. The GPS directions did not take us to our hotel either.
