The paintwork needed attention, around the bed there was white looked like talc. Bed very hard.

Service, cleanliness and location is very good. Breakfast is spot on too, regularly replenished. Parking charge is just £1.50 for 24hrs in the car park next to the hotel. Wifi is free and adequate. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

City centre hotel . Have to park in a multi-storey car park and walk through . £10 if you buy a weekly ticket saves any messing about. Free breakfast good beds . Clean and tidy.

Well it was the worst place i have stayed for a long time .
We were put on the 4 floor with no lift due to it being out of order .
Room was not cleaned properly as my son found a clum of hair on the floor and a long black hair in the shower (we all have short hair )
We asked for food and was encouraged to go to pizza hut as it meant they would have to put the oven on and it takes 20 mins to warm up .
Didn't sleep as the air vents wouldn't shut so could hear all the traffic.
We felt like we were staying in faulty towers.
Breakfast berries for fruit and yoghurt were still frozen not much selection on continental and overall not very good .

Not comfy bed.. Smaller room than compared to similar budget hotel. Inadequate lights in room. Complimentary breakfast nor so good. Room is also just at similar level of Cinemax roof, so window position also bad.

Whilst experience was average, it is poor that you run out of cooked breakfast even though it has 2 hours to go.

Overall a very pleasant stay with all needs met. Lovely brekky offered and we appreciated the added touch of ‘halal sausages’ on the breakfast menu. Very inclusive!
The only complain I have is that the bed was a let down. Unfortunately it didn’t meet up to our standards and we were uncomfortable most of the night.

Average stay . Lift broken the whole stay for the week . On 4th floor stairs all the time not ideal. Conflicting information on late checkout by staff. Overall room good . Have to pay £10 per week for parking in a multi-storey no use if you have a work van. Only for car use . Good location for city centre . Complimentary breakfast

On arrival at check we arrived 90minutes early, but the staff permitted us to book in immediately. All the staff were friendly and polite at all times and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was full of variety, either continental or full cooked. In addition, as reported by previous visitors, park on Level 4 and cost is only £1.50 for 24 hours.

My friend and I only stayed 1 night and had no trouble finding the hotel, Joanne, was on reception for when we arrived, what a lovely welcoming lady, even lent me a plug for my charger (her own!) as I had forgotten mine, though there are the points on the tv for charging. The breakfast was lovely but unfortunately my friend missed out on the "proper" cooked breakfast as it had run out, and breakfast had been really busy, but overall would stay there again, if I am in Bradford, would recommend this Holiday Inn and it was reasonably priced for the twin bedded room we had.

The stay itself was fine. I forgot my watch that had sentimental value and in trying to get it back I had to deal with lies from the staff, paying over £23 in p&p for week and half before being told actually we never recovered your watch, we're sorry nothing we can do!! Plain and utterly rude!
You can sure be I'll never stay with this hotel again!!! Definitely logging a complaint.

I didn’t get the room that I selected when booking our stay. The photos and amenities list were very misleading and we were expecting a standard room with large bed and sofa bed. It said that it sleeps 4. It also showed a bath tub which when we areibeeI called reception

Easy parking 200 metres away. £1.50 for 24 hrs. Check first if you car qualifies for free omission zone if parking there, as Holiday Inn in centre of town. Hotel staff & breakfast very good. You could even buy fresh sandwiches & bottled drinks at reception. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff excellent, welcoming and so helpful. They make the hotel. Disappointed with breakfast this time. They seem to have cut back on choice slightly for breakfast. No marmalade or jams evident. Only plain yoghurt. Last time I stayed, there was more variety. More fruit.

Staff were very nice. Shower was not draining.Booked for family of 4 but there were only a double and single bed. Parking was the biggest issue as we had to walk with our 4 ocs of luggage from another building. Unlike other hotels where you can unload infront of the property then park elsewhere.
