Great stay it was clean and smelled great all throughout the building and room itself. The only negatives was the paving of the parking lot I also didn’t like that you check into your room in one building and they direct you across the parking lot to another building where the actual room was and lastly they only had the me ice machine and it was not functional.

I typically like to stay at this hotel when I visit Rochester, but this last stay was crazy. I feel they should have closed for a few days while the construction work got completed. The parking was an inconvenience, the 7am construction noise was an inconvenience, and calling asking me if I can move my car for the construction was an inconvenience. It was my Anniversary/Vacation, and we just wanted to be able to sleep in peacefully. But we understand this had to be done.

Staff here is AMAZING, as always, so kudos to them. Hot breakfast is great. For the price, the rooms are surprisingly cramped, especially the bathroom. Our toilet quit on Day 1 of our stay but it was fixed promptly. The property is beginning to show its age; time for an update.

Very happy with this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels in the bathroom, easy parking. Definitely recommend.

If I am ever in Rochester again I will book another stay here. Friendly staff, nice rooms and great breakfast. I also appreciated 24/7 snacks and coffee available.

Was a comfortable one night stay. Only issue was no soundproofing and could hear person above us and next door every time they moved around. Floor above creaked so much. Could hear person in bathroom next to us. Didn’t feel person at desk very friendly. Breakfast was good and a good selection.

Everything was okay, except for one thing: The room had two queen beds, but they did not fit in the room. There was literally only a foot of space between each bed and the wall. Literally impossible to walk on the wall side of the bed. One king would have fit nicely, but two queens? No! On a positive note, I did enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast

Liked the breakfast and it was close to our destination.
The room was very clean but the beds were getting a little saggy.
Oh and Lauren the night manager (Saturday MAR 16) was great! Very helpful and accommodating.

Great location, everyone is so friendly. The breakfast is so tasty! And they always have freshly baked cookies. Idk what time it starts but when I get there at check-in in the evening. It’s always there and delicious.

Nice hotel with a good free breakfast. But it's located on a pseudo highway, so not really a nice area to walk around in. That being said, there are many stores and restaurants within a short drive just down the street, so that makes up for that I suppose. Pretty good value, all in all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and 24/7 snack bar was excellent. Conditions of the bathrooms could be much better. Bed comforters were not great, although the beds were quite comfortable. Corners of the platform bed frames were quite sharp and we bumped into them quite a few times.

It is super convenient to get here from the airport. Staffs are nice. My room was clean. Check-in and check-out processes was painless and easy.
However, it is on such a busy road, making a left turn out of the parking lot is nearly impossible during normal hours.

Twana, working the desk at check in was very personable and friendly. Give her a raise! The morning breakfast looked very inviting and tasty. A very nice spread.

I was very impressed with this property. I booked it because it was the cheaper option in the area but the pillows were the best hotel pillows I have ever slept on! The bed was comfortable as well. After I checked out to get on an early flight, I found out it was cancelled. I was able to go back to the hotel and rest until my checkout and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was great as well!!

The hotel was fantastic. It’s obviously not a 5 star property but everything about it was way above average. The service was outstanding, the rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean. There was no “but” and we enjoyed our short stay very much.

There was a problem with the key cards. The first room I was put in took about 20x to open the door. Someone from the front desk came up because they thought I didn’t know what I was doing. They couldn’t get in either and said the battery needed to be changed. I was moved to a different room. This room was also difficult to open.

Second time staying here. Both times customer service has been great. My only complaint would be that other than the dead bolt there was no secondary lock. With that being said it seems like a safe area so I was not that worried about it.

This hotel I highly recommend. I saw the reviews prior to booking and they were all very good which helped me decide to book my two night stay. The room was very clean and convenient. Breakfast was awesome and the breakfast area was very clean. The staff was all great from start to finish. Just an all around great experience!

The hotel is very pretty, clean. The staff is friendly and very courteous. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was when we went to make a cup of coffee in our room the coffee pot had old water in the Keurig which meant it had not been cleaned. Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay again.

Our stay was not good. There were clothes in the bathroom from the previous guest. And the hair dryer had a sanitary product inside.

Really nice hotel for a short stay! The hotel itself is simple, but rooms and common areas are well kept and clean.
The bedding and towels in our room were surprisingly soft (most hotels have a crispness to their linen that I don't really care for), though the mattress was a big on the soft side for me and pillows too thin. Nothing major for a couple of nights, though!
The best part of our stay was having breakfast included and snacks available at all times (cereal, protein bars, muffins, juice, coffee.) If you want there's also a Starbuck within walking distance.
