Please be aware that this hotel consists of 2 separate buildings. The main bldg has the lobby, breakfast, coffee, cookies, ice machine, etc. The side/back building has none of these facilities and is not connected to the main building - you have to walk outside to get there which was very inconvenient (and cold) in the early morning.
Our room was comfortable and clean, but it was a little creepy in that back building.

The service was amazing. I accidentally booked the wrong day online, and after calling them they went out of their way to help me get a refund. All receptionists I've spoken to were incredibly kind, and I would 100% recommend this place again to others.

The breakfast was wonderful! It was hot and fresh. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked quickly. The toilet didn’t have a lid. I was always afraid of something falling in. Other than that, this is a great hotel. I would stay here again. Also, there were electric car chargers.

Steer clear and avoid this place at all costs. Foremost, the hotel is separated into two buildings. The "main" building has the check-in, breakfast area (small and dirty), gym, and such. The "hotel" portion is another building across the parking lot - an annex if you will. Poor layout, no elevator, paper thin walls, showers that sound like Niagara Falls or bursting pipe (you decide as you cringe), toilet that was oddly unlevel (that was a first). The location is right in the midst of a number of eateries. Trash pick up is at around 4:00am and you get to enjoy every sound of the trucks backing up, clanging, and the workers shouting directions to the drivers. Don't like sleep? Then this is the place for you! Breakfast was lame. Stale pancakes, turkey sausage (because you always want cardboard as a breakfast flavor), overcooked eggs, and then a small assortment of dry cereal and (if you are lucky) maybe a piece of fruit.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Pleasantly surprised that daily housekeeping was an option and you can even request a time range that works for you. Would stay again.

It was okay, but definitely overpriced for what it was. We ended up being given a room in the building adjacent to the main building. The stairs leading up to our room were stained. Our room wasn’t super clean, either. For what we paid, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel is not at all well-marked. We literally could not find it. The lobby is a little sad. The room smelled a bit musty and the a/c rattled all night. The bed was so close to the wall on one side that you could not get in and out. The front desk agent was great and everything was very clean.

Convenient location on Monroe Avenue. However we didn't know the property was undergoing renovation. The windows were all covered up. Also a ton of parking spots were blocked off and we had to park next door. Really strange. There's not enough room to sit for breakfast at all, had to go back to the room.one night was enough.

This hotel is under construction. Our air conditioning barely worked, and the windows are covered in plastic from the outside. When I asked about the features of the hotel listed on expedia, the woman who checked me in reported they had none. And "it's the problem with those third party sites" aka Expedia.

Chose this property because it was between 2 colleges I was looking at with my son. The property description was very misleading. The pictures of the property are misleading. It’s in a very busy strip mall type area. There are some renovations but mostly very old and dingy. Very disappointed. Would not recommend or stay there again. The rooms in the main building were very musty smelling so had to change rooms. Staff was courteous and offered to cancel the reservation but it was too late to find some where else to stay.

Majority of front desk staff are lovely. It takes one to spoil it as was our experience. The reviews must be fake as there is no way any sane person would rate this place as being clean and decent a property to stay at.

Greeted by nice staff at front desk, the woman in the morning that took care of breakfast was friendly and worked her ass off. Hotel was busy but was quiet. next time in area will stay in same location.
