Hotel staff mainly the guy at the front desk was very unpleasant and unwelcoming to multiple guests.

When i initially arrived at the hotel everything was fine but when we got to our room i immediately recognized that it was not the exact hotel room i booked. The room i booked had the bed and tub separated from the living room. The room i received appeared to be smaller than the room i booked based off photos and the tub was in the living room. When i went back down to try and resolve the situation i was told the room i booked was taken and because the room i received still had the jet tub i was refused any kind of discount for the inconvenience. I even spoke with the manager. And funny enough it wont let me add photos

Had a good stay with family with small kids. It's clean and comfortable, it has a restaurant on the main floor, which was very convenient. Staff is polite and friendly. Would stay there again.

It looked to be that the management was trying to upgrade the property so the property itself when you walk in the door was great and I go up there and I do my usual stuff and we'd already paid for the thing and I broke out my my debit card with my 50 bucks on it for the incidentals they always charge and he told me he couldn't accept that it's a debit card and he needed $300 for incidentals this is not the Ritz-Carlton folks. There were two towels in the room and they were barely big enough to fit my skinny son let alone my chubby self. But what offended me more was the attitude of this particular man and he even admitted four other people had complained that it didn't say anywhere when they book the room that there would be a $300 charge on a debit card. To make matters worse I called hotels because he was telling me he wasn't going to refund my money either so you just took my $300 room rate and you're going to tell me I have to drive all the way back home after a very long day... So I will say this have there been anything to compensate for the rudeness and for the ridiculous $300 incidental charge for a debit card I could have maybe let it go. However that morning I go downstairs for the continental breakfast there's Rice Krispies and corn flakes there's no milk out there's lukewarm blueberry and strawberry yogurt bread they don't even put out enough muffins for the whole place The fruit had been depleted and it was terrible nothing hot not even packs of oatmeal to do my

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and nice. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I have only one (I can't believe I'm saying this...but...) complaint: PLEASE provide better quality toilet paper! The toilet paper provided, while it may be eco-friendly, was absolutely awful and felt like I was using a cheap and rough paper hand towel on my delicate areas. Many reading this may laugh out loud but as a woman, I found this to be a very big problem for me and it negatively impacted my stay. The products that come in contact with our delicate skin do matter and there are many other, nicer quality options out there, which can be provided to hotel guests spending over $200 a night.

The rooms (I had 2 because I asked to be removed from the first room) had a very bad odor… The second room I was moved to still had it, but it was better than the first. And they upgraded my room, which was very nice. Overall, the decor is very dated, but the bed was very comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is the restaurant, the staff and the food were all very good and the location of the hotel itself is good however it is noisy if your room is facing airport Road.

Room was very clean, staff was super friendly and housekeeping did a great job. Stayed for almost a week and I enjoyed it. Outdoor and waiting area was beautiful too, and stores were nearby.

The hotel is 20 years old but there was a yellow substance when i first arrived that i had to clean up, there was pubic hair in the jacuzzi and bathroom. The table was sticky and had white powder on it….. one of the towels smelt like rotten eggs. The a/c units one worked fine the other didnt cool properly. Had to leave middle door open. The breakfast in the moring didnt have eggs any kind of protein. And when i was grabbing food it felt like i was being watched……there we also stains on the sheets. Ive stayed at many monte carlos now and this one is by far the worst i will not stay here again. Real bummer spending that much money and receiving so little. I hope someone reads this and addresses this issue. I feel scammed almost

Nice property very conveniently located to food & shopping! When we checked in our room had a very bad stale odor. On calling the front desk they moved us to a much bigger & better room… much appreciated. Staff nice & helpful

I had an issue with the manager. He didn't handle it well at all. I almost decided to find a different hotel. But then I realized that doing that wouldn't inconvenience the hotel at all, but would only inconvenience me.

They were in the middle of a renovation at the hotel and they made a noise, the many of the cleaning service arrived and you had to leave the room before 7 am if you didn't leave they would touch you. For you to let in and do your job, breakfast was so awful and the noises of the construction 🚧 Hera so awful you couldn't rest and the rooms smell horrible I complained. I loved that, the staff cleaned the room when we stepped out and they maintained professionalism by not stealing any of our items. There was no awful smell in the room, nice breakfast and we enjoyed our time there.
