After the long trip with kids, it was the best choice to stay there. The staff was very nice, I would say like in Carlton ritz, high level!

It was just ok. Overpriced. Not very clean. Checkin was good, food at the restaurant was decent (better than expected) and AC was good. No hot water for a shower though.

The hotel room we were in was in a very poor condition, A/C didn't work at all, shower was in poor condition. In general the room looks and feels very dated, other than wifi it could perfectly pass for a 90s hotel room and the condition would actually confirm no renovations since the 90s. This is not a low budget hotel, but other than the convenience of being close to the airport, there's no reason to stay there.

The carpet smells really bad the towels are dingy and not white, the menu can be better. Get rid of the carpets and mildew curtains. This hotel has potential because it is close to the airport. The light kept chipping out as well. Do renovations!

Hotel was average, not worth the price, there was a power outage happening every 15-30 min, Air Conditioning wasn’t best, it took a while to cool the room down, so we had to change rooms, food was good.

Very convenient. Group reservations are unnecessarily difficult and certainly not efficient. Multiple rooms were incorrect and/or had other people when in them that we walked in on.
After getting settled, two hours after arriving, it was fine. Pool area was nice!

Very good stay, the only negative was when you shower floor gets all wet. I didn’t bother on claiming because it was a one night stay. Over all I recomend this hotel.

I advise the administration to hire more employees. The employee was alone and very obviously cannot alone serve more than 50 people who wanted to stay there.
On the day I stayed there was a group of more than 35 people and there was only one employee processing the documents for all of them. I arrived almost at the end and anyway I spent an hour and a half to be registered. Luckily I arrived before 20 other people who were already complaining a lot.
The hotel conditions are not very good.
The hotel is located 10 min. From the airport. It's the only good thing about the hotel.
