Exceptional stay.

Lovely, well priced hotel. A little bit of a walk to the major places we wanted to see, but not too bad. Good value.

Fantastic location and excellent service.

It's a very clean hotel in a great location, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, very easy to get everywhere. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the reception staff in the afternoon of check-in, was polite but gave very short answers, seemed to give only the minimum information. When I asked questions, it was just one or two word answers. Breakfast staff were excellent and the morning receptionist was very nice. I stayed in a double for single use room and although it was quite small (just enough room for the bed, a little challenging to move around), it was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good use of space. Overall a very good stay.

We had a great stay at leonardo boutique hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. We had help with directions to the bus for St Gilgen. The only downside was there were no tea making facilities in our room. When I asked for a kettle the receptionist said there wasn’t one but they would see what she could do. They never came back to us.

It is a lovely hotel which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The rooms were small but well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, close to the river and the major attractions in Salzburg

Absolutely prime walkable location, tons of dining options right outside. (The Italian spot is open late) Great room, great views, close to bus routes. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Service desk was helpful and nice, booked my cab accurately for my departure. AC blew cool and water ran hot. Space to unpack and unwind. The 2nd Leonardo I have stayed in and from now on they will be my first choice.

The hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel in q fantastic location. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Every thing about it was great and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to shopping and popular sites. They served a great breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable.

From early bag drop off thru checkout. Rooms were pristine and a great size. Minimal staff contact but each time was extremely professional. Great location to either walk or take tram or bus. 10 minutes from main train station. Would definitely recommend highly.

We LOVED this hotel! Wish we spent more than a night here because it was perfect. We booked a suite and my son had his own area. Very modern room. The breakfast was great. The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Everything is in walking distance. Super modern and great air conditioner for the warm summer day. Absolutely recommend!

A beautiful room with three windows in a lovely hotel combined with great staff. Brilliant view from the glass lift. We look forward to staying again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I needed a converter for a US plug. They got me two in less than a minute! They have a very nice breakfast buffet. The cost is 16 Euros and considering the quality of the food, that is a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again and recommend that you should too!

Parking was difficult especially since we had a lot of luggage.

The low stars rating results from a number of things: A staff member didn’t do his job correctly and actually check us in; he just gave us our room key. This resulted in us not being able to dine for breakfast at the on-site cafe the next morning AND two different times we were disturbed by other patrons our room. The worst was as we were sleeping and someone had another activated key to our room and woke us up by coming in - then claiming that it was their room. Thankfully, they left! A few staff members were accommodating at best, and did their jobs - which we appreciated. When we communicated to have more items brought up to our room, per their service request procedures (send an email !?) it was almost 45 min later before we had to go down to the front desk in person to ask for the items - which were not given in hospitality. We never received a reply to that email. The hotel lobby looks fine, but the hallways and rooms/bathrooms look like a remodeled middle school - not at all like the bright and modern feeling that is presented online. The hotel is in an odd industrial area. It’s quiet, but a little difficult to find. We are not fussy or demanding travelers! But this hotel was not worth the price (it was closer to the airport - that was its only convenience). We were so disappointed with the overall experience and feel like we were not able to see the hotel’s (possible) qualities and potential.

Great staff and great location

Location just steps to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to places of interest and only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, comfortable, and updated.

Parking is 4 blocks away and you can not pull up in front of the hotel to unload but have to double park in Market Square to unload or drag them from the Mirabel Parking garage. They neglect to tell you this in the reservation, and neglect to tell you parking is 39 euros per day. They gave us a discount pass, but it did not work, so I walked the 1/4 mile back and forth to the hotel for a second pass. That did not work either, and they said to talk to someone at the parking kiosk, but there was no one there. 39 euros parking was not in the budget!

Cute Hotel that was very convenient and centrally located between river. Loved the area and the town.

The hotel location is very good, near many shops and restaurants. Many tourists party until midnight. Even through the room has double layers of windows, we could hear noise from the street. We walked to Mozart’s birth place and residence and the Mirabell garden. Bus stops are a few steps away from the hotel. The air conditioner worked very well. However, the safe was unusable. They did not refill the shampoo; we ran out in the middle of showering.

There was a proper fridge albeit a small one. We are tired of taking out everything from minibars to make room for our beverages. And they aren’t cold enough. This fridge was very handy to chill our beverages in the scorching heat.

The location was awesome, with a lot of choices for food and transportation. The hotel had been recently renovated so was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
