On a Golf Trip, nice golf courses around Como. Good for a week long trip.

Overall, everything was good.

Great hotel. To far from tourist attractions/area.

We stayed for two nights during a very hot period in August. Staff was very nice and courteous. Someone was always at front desk to help with anything. Daily breakfast was more than adequate. Room was very clean. Wifi fine. Pool on roof was a bit small, but more than adequate. Could have been a little cleaner. Didn't particularly love the 3.5 euro charge for pool towels, but maybe too many people steal them. Getting back to hotel via cab late in evening was a little tricky, but we figured it out. It's certainly in walkable distance to and from piazza and lakefront. In any event, glad we stayed at Hotel Como.

Stayed in a triple room , it was a very good size Staff were helpful The hotel is great It is a 15 min walk to the old part of Como Then another 10 min walk to the lake

The shower door was broken when we arrived, but the maintenance man fixed it right away. The laundry service was far too expensive, and the room had too few surfaces to put your things. The A/C was very nice, set at 18 celsius. The pillows on the bed were flat and hard. It was a long way from the lake, but reasonable distance to shopping and dining. The train was a quick 1 stop from the lake. Although the service at the pool bar was excellent, the menu and food quality were not great.

The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the pool and bar service. I think the price was a bit high as it wasn’t very close to the lake.

Mixed reviews when I read to book but everything was clean and people very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good variety.pool area very comfortable.good location.limited parking.

Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely and helpful. Plentiful breakfast choices and a warm welcome every morning. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation

This hotel was utilitarian, basic. Staff were nice. A decent walk to the old town area and to Lake Como boats. Really the best part of the hotel was the rooftop, fantastic view, pool, and bartender.

The hotel was about 10 blocks from the historic city center. It was easy to get around and the hotel staff was very helpful with arranging transportation, looking up ferry schedules, and giving restaurant recommendations. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay in Como. Good location and the hotel has everything you need. Staff are very friendly. We needed to use a wheelchair and had a number of requests to deal with and they were very quick to help. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The property was okay. It’s an older hotel, and the rooms smelled a bit. The location was okay, not too far from amenities, but not close either. You definitely need a car, and the parking is very limited. The photos can be a bit deceiving, so keep this in mind.

A beautiful city and the hotel was perfectly located to be able to walk in and see it all. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop pool and bar, definitely worth a visit for a cocktail

Everything is great but I didn't like the breakfast. The food was the worst thing in my experience

It was a small hotel in convenient location. However parking was a nightmare, spaces in front were hardly available, we were told paid parking available in the garage which was very tiny and kept getting told no space even when there was space and we were allowed to park not having other options. Hotel room was compact but served the purpose. Decently cleaned however very noisy, we could hear loud music at 11pm and loud dog barks on our floor. Staff were ok, did their job but made no extra effort to help. When we couldn’t find parking we asked if we could park in electric bays which had been empty but the manager kept saying ‘cant park, can’t park’ in any of the available hotel spots and walked off. Did not bother to help us actually find a spot or try to help. If you are hiring a car you are better off making sure something a little outside centre with parking. This place advertised 20 parking spots outside but all taken (probably by staff)

The hotel is convenient for a stay where you will out all day. I came here for a wedding which with wedding plans all of my stay so I knew I wasn’t going to be at the hotel. The rooms were clean. The amenities could have been better and the location is not centric which to its advantage there was no noise at all at night. I’d recommend it for a good place to stay if you’ve already been to Como.

All went great

Our Ipad was stolen from inside of our luggage in our room. We did not notice the Ipad missing because we never took it out to use it. After one week of travelling to other cities, we noticed Ipad was missing in milan airport. We tracked it to Lake Como where hotel is located but they would not accept any responsibility.

Comfortable stay in Hotel Como with friendly service from the hotel reception and their service staff. The hotel room was given as described with the basic amenities and a decent size room with a cupboard and locker. Bathrooms were kept clean and hygienic. The location is in Como city but away from the main centre. However it takes around 15-20 minutes by walk to reach the central areas and the metro station.

Pool bar and breakfast room

Staff all spoke excellent English which made life much easier for me. Pool had no shade but adjoining bar had plenty. Position very good and quiet and just a stroll through the old town to the Lake

The property is a nice air conditioned (very important in the simmer) property with a great, helpful, professional staff, a nice pool and lounge area on the roof and a great free breakfast. The only thing someone might night like is it is about a 17-20 minute walk to lake Como. A benefit to not being in the tourists area is that there is a supermarket around the corner and a farmers market on the same street. also there are great restaurants in the area. Go to the pizza restaurant across the street from the hotel. Iy is very good. Also keep in mind many hotels in Lake Como do not have air conditioning and in the summer months you want that in Lake Como as it is hot.
