Best place to stay in city center with subway , pizza and many more restaurants very close by. Breakfast has so many varieties and staff are very friendly. Cleaning service is the best too. Being in city center it's an all night crowd and little noisy until 1am. Never the less I will prefer the same in my next visit without a second thought.

Every time I come to Madrid I reserve at the Petite Palace, Puerta del Sol for the convenience location and for the professional staff & cleaness I have found always.
My next trip to Madrid without a doubt I will of course reserve again at this location

We stayed at this property last week. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was very close and convenient to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay there again.

No free coffee, everything is an extra charge. For the amount you pay, you expect at least a coffee machine. Pretty disappointing, would not recommend.

This hotel was right in the middle
Of everything. We walked everywhere and we were never too far from the hotel. Clean, spacious room, bathroom all good. Personnel was very polite and the breakfast was a good value for the money! We recommend for sure!

This property was very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket and several historical sites of interest in Madrid. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast onsite was also a plus

Only problem was the AC. The thermostat for the room we stayed at was broken and the temperature was probably set fixed at 28 degrees celcius.

The employees are wonderful - especially the woman who works afternoon - until 11 - just delightful - rooms are great, big perk being able to leave your things after you check out for the rest of the day -- centrally located - we would stay here again! it was us and our 2 teenagers in a quad room -- 2 bunk beds and one queen -- perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Petit Palace Puerta del Sol while visiting Madrid. Our room had an amazing terrace looking down to the plaza. We spent a lot of time people watching from there; it truly made our stay memorable. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There were a ton of shops and restaurants nearby. I thought it might get a little loud at night wtih all of the activity but we had no issues at all. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid.

Air conditioner in the rooms is weak. Must improve. Everything else is good.

This hotel was just what I was looking for. I didn’t want or need anything fancy as I’m out all day when I’m touring around. The location was great. I could walk to all of the sites I wanted to visit in 20 minutes or less. It’s in a busy, vibrant area. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. I’d stay here or in a hotel in this group again.
