The stay was great! This was my 2nd time staying here. Perfect place if you are staying with children. The inside pool is definitely a plus in the cooler months. Clean and mostly quiet, except for our last night

The hotel was okay. Bathroom was small. Halls and public areas could have been cleaner. It was just okay.

One of the better stays on our trip. Only complaint was the stairs to our room. No elevator and the stairs were much too narrow for size 11 feet. Almost fell up the stairs a couple of times!

Had an accessible room and ot was accessible compared to the one in Plattsburgh. Decided to stay a 2nd night and drive around admiring the mountains. What a beautiful day!

The water pool seemed to be lacking in maintenance. Other then that the hotel was good

We were happy about the hardwood floors instead of carpet; much easier to clean!! Everything was great, and we would stay there again. The only one little thing I wish was different was that the ceiling did not seem sound proofed at all, so you could hear every footstep above you. If the people above you wake up before you, you're up.

It serve my purpose of finding a clean and comfortable place to crash before hitting the wilderness early in the a.m. Steve, the owner, was very friendly. Just an fyi, the pet-friendly room #130 I got is next to a smoking room, so just be aware of it if it will be an issue for you.

We were pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this hotel. The pool was nice. It was clean, didn't have that overwhelming chlorine smell. The rooms were very clean and the beds were pretty decent. We slept well! The staff was super amazing. They were polite but down to earth. The breakfast is basic, they offer waffle makers to make some diy waffles. They had yogurts, cakes, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, coffee and tea 24/7. Just didn't have anywhere to sit and eat so you do have to bring it to your room to eat. But that was fine with us. We will stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to New Hampshire with a dog. You have a back trail which is beautiful and the dog enjoyed it. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok. The service at the office was great.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. We arrived earlier than expected and stopped to see if we could leave one of our vehicles. Instead the man told me our rooms were ready! He was so friendly. The rooms and pool were spotless and enjoyable. Checking out a different employee checked us out and he was so vey nice! Can’t wait for our next stay!!!

The location is great. There is a hiking trail right off the back of the property. All rooms face the outside or have balconies and most importantly they allow pets!

From check in to check out my experience was great. The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and nights were quite. Breakfast had many options. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus that was also very quite and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds very comfortable, room clean, furniture was fine, pool was wonderful, staff were helpful and kind. The man gave us a room close to the pool. Food was good for breakfast. We were on the first floor and unfortunately we had someone walking all around at 2:30 am for about 15 mins in boots. It sounded like a group of people but they went to bed, thank goodness it got quiet.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple times it’s always clean . staff is on site 24 hours and for the most part very friendly.
