I came with my 6 year old grandson, we had a really nice time. It was our first trip here and we will be back. Now that we know the surroundings and all the things we can do we will know better how to plan our days.

Little pricey but nice place for the kids

This GWL is almost worn out. Old and dirty. We still had fun but would not recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our short stay. The children had a Great time with all the activities. Not a fan of the cashless requirement. The dining options are very expensive. Not sure why we have to pay for parking considering the cost of the rooms.

Loved the waterpark rides, liked the room (bit outdated) service was good, drinks were good.

Great family fun

Took my son for an overnight trip and we had a very nice time. Checking in went fairly well, considering how busy it was and the staff was able to get everyone in smoothly and quickly. My room wasn't ready at check in time, but I was treated to a free large pizza and a 2 liter of soda in compensation for the wait. My son and I did the Pup Pass for 35.00 extra which included a free 5.00 voucher to the arcade, a scoop of ice cream (and they are VERY generous with that scoop), a cup of candy from the candy shop and also a free stuffed animal from Build-a-Bear that my son got to make himself. All the staff have been great, but the ladies who worked in the Build a Bear shop really stood out because were so nice and patient with my son. He is autistic and loud noises really bother him, so instead of having him use the stuffing machine (which is pretty loud), they gave him one that was on the shelf. The only con would be that the drink machine was completely out of drinks. The room was nice and clean and the hotel itself was nice and cool as well. We will definitely be back ☺️

Great family getaway!

Overall bad experience

Very nice property and nice amenities. But, expensive.

The kids loved the water park which was our only selling point. Our room had floor planks glued haphazardly together in the bathroom and dried paint that spilled onto the entrance flooring but everything was clean. Staff usually huddled together in groups chatting amongst themselves until you repeatedly gestured for assistance. The daily activities were ann andded bonus and your kids will enjoy everything about the resort.

The only complaint I have is that it is very expensive to buy anything at the lodge. The rooms are very nice, the indoor water park is very cool. Wish they stayed open later.

We had a good time here but the extra parking charge was ridiculous. It was unfortunate that the putt putt wasn’t open. That was one of the things that my special needs child was able to do and it wasn’t even available.

Room was just a basic room. Waterpark was cool but it was not worth $600 for one night. I booked a room for 5 people and was only supplied with towels and wash clothes for 4. Parking also sucked.

All of the staff were so sweet! There was a kid who got sick and the staff gave him a free shirt and make sure he was ok, it was cleaned up in a timly manner as well. Everything is kind of on the pricy side though. Day pass is to expense for what it really includes. There are cheaper swimming areas. My kid was a little to young to do some of the stuff but we still had fun

Some of the staff are just down right nasty, mean and rude. There is some staff that are great. But only a few. Security is annoying because she will just start randomly talking to you thinking your mad or something and then she won't the heck up which then now I'm annoyed and mad because I just want to be left alone.
