Staff were friendly, breakfast was great. Unfortunately the windows don't open and they had a central heating temperature set, meaning you can't adjust your rooms temperature. It was really hot, stuffy, and difficult to sleep without clean air.

The reception staff on check in was top lady. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was designed nicely, however, the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbours as if we were sharing a room. When you book a 4 star hotel you do not expect to find yourself in a dormitory.

The thing that makes this hotel so special is it's reception staff. The quality, commitment and friendliness of the reception team is what has drawn me back to this hotel over many years. They are always professional, understanding and possess excellent English language skills.

Be careful! Do not stay in this hotel! The hotel room was dirty and there is a wired smell all over the floor , the breakfast was very poor, and the service was so bad you could even imagine!!

Great location - next to metro. Modern and spacious rooms. Excellent choice for comfortable travel since city center is easily accessible by metro. Also 10 mins to airport using metro.

The hotel is good , nice and clean . Only 2 things make me upset : first they have 1 musical and 2 news chanels ... TV is very important I don't understand why they have just a few programs . : Second I don't know did they accept pets but next to my room was a dog , barking all night , so I can't sleep . Just fix the TV programs and don't let pets and the hotel WILL be Exellent ! Kind regards!

Close to subway/metro station and also close to the aéroport. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Very nice garden.

The rooms are outdated and noisy. We could hear guests in adjacent rooms walking in and out all night long. There is no climate control in the room ( either was not working or was disconnected) thus the room was quite cold. The bathroom was also outdated and somewhat dirty- there was hair on the floor and the sink. The service at the restaurant on site was good however the food was mediocre. The property is advertising free parking but it is very difficult , if at all , to find a parking spot since the parking is super small and not for hotel guests only.

The hotel was nice. The regular breakfast starting at 7 am is amazing.The early breakfast is very limited. The hotel advertised free airport shuttle, but in reality they offer a shuttle/taxi from the airport only. If you are leaving and need to go from the hotel to the airport they don't offer transportation. The free airport shuttle is offered in one direction only. Overall a good experience.

I stayed here on business for 3 nights, on arrival an Airport Shuttle had been organised for me, but it took me to a sister hotel where a free taxi was then ordered. The next day and subsequent days, I was working out of the airport and found that the only way to get to and from was to book a taxi each time, with a total cost of 63.12 Lev ( €32.43), while this is not a massive amount, I do feel rather disappointed that I had to pay every time, including the day of my check out to get to the airport when a Free Shuttle is advertised. I did ask reception about this on every occasion, but they were reluctant to help. The hotel and room were very nice, the breakfast was also good, it is a shame that the Free Airport Shuttle was not free or did not exist. Sadly the next time will be staying in Sofia for work in the coming months, I will have to find a different hotel.

Air conditioning was working only in heating mode. We were not warned about this during check in. There is no window to get freah air in the room and because was pretty warm we turn the airconditioning in cooling mode setting the thermostat to 20 degC before going to bed. We woke up at midnight sweating - thermostat was showing 27 degC. Turned off the airconditioning and temperature in rhe room dropped to 24 degC at 4:00 a mm I will not recommend using this hotel unless he feels comfortable at 24 degC with no fresh air in the room.

The hotel itself is okay. However, there is nothing to eat around the area at 7pm on a Saturday night. The hotel's restaurant was closed, because they had 2 weddings that evening. Never mind that there were other guests in the hotel who were left with nothing to eat for dinner, since the closest restaurant was a 15min walk down the highway. In addition, they placed us on a floor with some of the wedding party. We didn't sleep all night! We had a whole day of flights ahead of us and wanted to stay at a hotel to get a good night's rest. Instead, we slept about 3 hours, constantly being woken up by the noise in the hallway. We understand that people will be noisy during a wedding, but perhaps don't place other guests on the same floor! The person at the front desk was nice and friendly, but he himself was surprised that there was no restaurant available for us. Overall, one of the worst experiences at a hotel I've had. Will not return and will make sure I warn everyone I know.

We had a great room setup for a 2-year old! The staff were excellent to help us navigate around Sofia as needed. Breakfast every morning was great!

Late arrival after 3 am. A quick and excellent service at the reception. A perfect (big, comfortable and clean) room, tasty breakfast, excellent conditions for a short- and long-term stay.

Rooms are good and not noisy, bathroom need improvement (door can not close without the locker, mold on bath tub, maybe shower curtains is better) , very good breakfast. 2 small elevators, max 2 persons and a bag in each!. No complimentary bottle of water or sleepers, but luckily you can drink tap water in Sofia.

The room was way too hot and the aircon did not work. Neighbours screaming and slamming the doors during the night. The „Spa“ actually is just a wooden Sauna, without any facilities to relax after. Showers in Sauna area are not well maintained. All in all this does not deserve the name „Spa“ in our opinion. The restaurant was closed (as advertised by the hotel), there was a small breakfast area in the lobby though. Coffee was very bad, Salami rancid, no toaster oven for the toast, no milk for the coffee.
