Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable - but would have loved a room with a stall shower instead of tub. Overall great stay!

Very friendly, clean, and safety is a priority. The museum was lovely to wander. The restaurant was delicious. Rooms were well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable and the price was perfect. I felt like we received more than what we paid for.

A return to form after pandemic dip. Proof dining fab. Room Service prompt and pleasant. Room, quiet and comfortable. Art world class as always. Great cocktails.

Didn’t get to stay. Had a confirmation number from Hotels.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said they were sold out. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.come blames the hotel. Didn’t find another room for two hours.

No pool which would have been nice in the oppressive heat & the bar closed incredibly early so we were not able to utilize the nightcap coupons on the property which was a complete letdown as we were looking forward to the complimentary beverage as well as spending money at the bar since it was located on property and would have been a wonderful experience. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Love the concept of the “ museum” idea. The current art work was strange- many “anti-American themed pieces.
Otherwise, very pleasant stay. Great beds and pillows. Extremely comfortable. I would stay there again.

The delivery of the Property concept is astonish

The hotel was clean and well maintained. But we could hear through the walls so much so that we could understand our neighbors’ normal conversations and movements.

The hotel is average in terms of service and accommodation. What I did not appreciate was the "artwork" throughout the building. It is not family friendly and, in some cases, just weird. My daughter does not need to see naked men on the walls. I will not be returning.

This is a really nice hotel. The vibe is cool. You can walk around the various corridors and lower level to see cool art. The onsite restaurant is excellent! Great service, ambiance and food. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. We definately will be back & we highly recommend!

Great stay! All the staff were very helpful and polite. Casey in the bar shared with us extensive knowledge of bourbon. A fun hotel! Highly recommend and would return!
