Staff is great, rooms need maintenance.

Perhaps not a 5 star hotel in terms of Western standards. This hotel definitely needs a complete makeover, in terms of their furnishings and interiors. Although, some might say they like stepping back into the 1980s. I absolutely hate hotel rooms with carpet flooring, as I prefer wooden laminate flooring for hygiene reasons. However, what was lacking in terms of modern finishings, their friendly and helpful staff were absolutely brilliant. Special shout out to Anna, who just began working there, who I looked forward to her pleasant greetings and smile every morning. And the handsome gentleman, Steven on reception was also super helpful. Overall, I was told this hotel is one of the best for the price here in Santo Domingo. But, If you do stay here, definitely pay the upgrade to stay on the 7th floor which are the executive rooms. As you get extra perks such as access to 8th floor restaurant, with happy hour drinks, and free soft drinks for he entire day. And the food is yummy. Talking of which, the breakfast meal was delicious, with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again. Change the flooring to laminate flooring and this hotel would be excellent.

They pay attention to the smell inside the rooms I change the room because of the humidity. Parking is crazy because of the locals gym members and others facilities. Everything inside the room feels wet

It’s a nice place but I f you have family and friends that would like to come visit you wrong place to go to,cause they charge you 45 $ for a visitor to get inside of your unit.all my friends and family most be waiting at the lobby , they couldn’t visiting inside of my room, I had paid 45$ for them

The property was run-down, it was dirty, and the toilet had pee stains. The bed was uncomfortable. We asked for quilts and they came with reaps. The bathroom floor was moldy. In conclusion, this hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible.

1st room assigned was terrible. Bad AC and musty mold odor. 2nd room assigned was the same. On the 3rd they put me in a superior suite and the AC was ok and smelled ok.
