Nice and central, good sized pool, good communication when arriving and departing. The place itself was pretty average - dusty and a bit manky - but you get what you pay for. Would recommend for people travelling on a budget.

Very convenient location near Eat Street, where there are lots of food and massage choices, like AsparaGus where they do a AUD$9 buffet breakfast and Kimberley Spa. Hosts were accommodating with requests. Pool was great for the Bali humidity and used frequently day and night as the sitting area is outside and not enclosed with aircon. However the aircon in the bedroom worked really well for a comfortable sleep. Big fridge for your Bintangs and outdoor kitchen if you wanted to cook. Bedding was fine but could do with an upgrade of their bath towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Really nice stay, the staffs are very friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and serene. The villa was nice and comfortable. The furniture is a bit worn-out and needs an upgrade.

We really enjoyed our time in Heliconia Villas. It’s located in the middle of everything , so you can easily reach the main area in even a few seconds. Besides that, it was pretty quiet and peaceful during our stay. Staff was super kind, friendly and nice. I 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Private pool was definitely the most amazing thing about this property! Location was awesome as well, very close to everything but secluded enough to not hear a sound. Bathroom was great too!

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Heliconia Villa. The villa was clean and generally comfortable. Security was good. Staff were very friendly and happy. The pool was nice and clean. Maybe abit too much chlorine? Free breakfast was ok. Some cons was that our villa’s shower hot water was rather uncontrollable. You either use really hot water or cold water. You couldn’t really pick medium hot. nother small con might be the rodent problem. We would see one little rodent running around when we were in our bedroom. In the mornings at the outdoor living area we’d see rodent poop smeared on certain areas of the dining/living area on the tiled floor. Then again, not a big issue since nature is all around us.

It was a good quiet place considering it was right on eat street. Set back a bit. I was pleasantly surprised.

The property is in a great location. It’s getting a little dated but very comfortable. There was a booking mix up/ mess and I am not 100% sure who from them or Expedia but either way a better confirmation would help.

Booked accommodation. only to be contacted by property an few hours later to say they were fully booked. We had already made all arrangements including canceling other accommodation.

Excellent location, with restaurants, money exchange and shops within a 5 min walk. The place was beautiful, with all gardens manicured, and all installations clean. Staff was really kind and helpful, although night staff was not fluent in English, but they tried to solve any issues whenever approached. I'll definitely stay there again next time in Seminyak.

It has never been my policy to write a less than favourable review, but as they say there is always the exception to the rule. I called it not quite, our reservation was guaranteed and paid for, but two days prior to leaving home we were told that they had made a mistake and were overbooked and they would arrange for overnight accommodation and transport. Problems with the transport which eventually resolved itself but by this time it was well and truly past midnight our time. Next day where we billeted overnight required us out of the Villa and in the end took us to our booked reservation where we then had to wait for our Villa to become available well after the 2.00 PM schedule.It was advertised with a kitchen, nice little gas burner but no utensils to speak of. In all our years of travelling this is the first establishment of any kind that did not have complimentary tea and or coffee, in fact there was no kettle to boil water, we find out after three days that what we thought was a casserole was in fact a coloured pot with a top. this we utilised. No hand towel, no tea towel so we had to use a cover off the microwave to hold the hot metal pot, not quite what we expected. There was a whole liturgy of issues but one of the other most telling was the same table cloth that was left for 12 days.Paid for as a Superior Villa and advertised on their web site as Deluxe I wondered what it was measured against. Sour grapes possibly, but after 30 trips to Bali allowed one grump.

stayed 8 days in a pool villa room was really happy with room it was cleaned daily and staff were lovely.The pool was fantastic to have also. Hotel is in main street in Seminyak but was very quite and easy to walk to everything. Just a couple of things l would have liked were a few more cooking pans and utensils in kitchen had l wanted to cook something and a tv in outdoor seating area instead of only in bedroom. Apart from that had a great time and would recommend the villas to my friends.

Third time we have stayed. On arrival it was welcome home from staff. Deluxe villas are brilliant for a peaceful and resting holiday. Literally on Eat Street and a short way to supermarket if required.Kitchen facilities are large fridge, microwave and cooker. In saying this the cleanliness of cooking utensils and cutlery are well below standard. It is a shame as the villas have so such potential. Pool area is great with reasonably sized steps into pool if you are like us - getting old.Airport transfers are on offer for patrons staying 10 nights or more, this also a bonus.Yes we would stay again,

We booked a duplex villa at the Heliconia Villas. Upon arrival, the staff were lovely and showed us to our villa. First impression was the the pool was lovely and it appeared to be nice as per the photos on the website. Unfortunately it was downhill from there. The villa was old, in dire need of a renovation, and the kitchen was appalling!!! Couldnt be used for anything except the fridge. It was dirty, the cupboards didnt close as they were so old and the cupboards inside were filthy. The bedroom downstairs - the bathroom was dirty with mould and soap scum all over the shower. The actual shower was unusable - the water was a trickle and either freezing or scalding hot. The bedroom upstairs was no better and the floorboards were incredible loud and echoed down to the bedroom below. By the second day, I requested a room change. The Manager and staff were lovely about this and eventually on the third day we were upgraded to a better standard villa, which was much newer, but still needed a good clean. Definately would not stay here again - would give it 1 star, but only for the staff.

Although many aspects of this Villa complex are good, and can offer good value, our experience was ruined by the Villa Complex double booking the room for 3 of the 13 nights we stayed there on 2 occasions. When we checked in shortly after midnight we were shown to our villa, which looked amazing, and unpacked necessary items, the following morning we were told this was not our villa, this was a 2 bedroom delux, and we had only booked a superior, so begrudgingly we re-packed our items and moved, we were not notified at check in this was the case. 3 days before the end of the holiday we were offered an upgrade to a 1 bedroom delux villa, but as we had our stuff located everywhere, Bathroom, Pool side, bedroom, kitchen etc, we did not want to move for the sake of 2 nights. We were then told they had accepted another booking which needed a 2 bedroom villa, and as we were a couple they wanted our villa. After much harassment and negotiation we accepted the move for compensation. At check out when we left this compensation was not offered and the staff on duty were unaware, only after being home for 2.5 weeks, have we received any money, but by the time the banks charge commission on exchange rates this was not what we expected. During this issue we did look on the Complex's website, and they were still selling rooms they did not have. So beware.

Yed this place. Very private, luxury having your own pool. Right in the heart of seminyak. A short walk to seminyak square. Found a lovely little restaraunt tucked away. Thai food with dining in and outside. Outside was like being in the forest with lights. Authentic meals at cheap prices. Every where was walking distance from villa. You have your own cooking facility in villa or can order brekky. I would cook my own brekky next time. Overall reasonable rates,clean,lovely outdoor garden and your very own pool. Very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to return to heliconia villas.
