Property is somewhat deteriorating, not maintained as well as it used to be. Another stay with another bozo right next door dispecting everyone else on the floor with their extremely loud music playing in the middle of the night.

The resort and amenities were nice. Our room however was not. The room safe was broke as was the latch to the room door. The hallway was dark and the inside was very outdated.

Our condo was very nice. The view was beautiful. The floors needed to be cleaned better other than that no complaints on the room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas. Early morning, watched the grounds guys make sure that the pool area and access to the beach was neat and clean to start the day. Elevators were quick, no waiting. Parking garage is tight for larger cars. No real advertising for the breakfast restaurant, other than the times. No wonder no one was there for breakfast. The building is an older building and it shows. But overall, it is a nice place to stay.

We stayed in Room 1008. It was Oceanfront with a separate bedroom, a pullout bed, and a sofa bed. Very clean, big tub, and a big kitchen area. The pool area was clean

The hotel staff was very responsive when first checked-in and when I had to move rooms due to a smoke-filled room. The second room was fine, but appliances were old and damaged. The door to the mechanicals was off-track, handle of the microwave was cracked, the bathtub/shower drain was horribly clogged, refrigerator was rusted/dented and baseboards were damaged with half there. The room itself was okay (no smell of smoke) and very roomy with a nice balcony. The pool was murky, and I wouldn't go in. The karaoke was incredibly loud, but seemed fun to those that participated. Our suite was in a "cove" are so running up/down hallway and loud voices were not a problem although we could hear.

The location is fantastic. We had an oceanview room, which was delightful. We stayed in a suite on the 5th floor. Everything was clean and it was great to have lots of space and a full kitchen, with great ocean views from the balcony or even sitting on the couch in the living room. The paint and some of the furnishings were chipped/a little the worse for wear. The amenities seem to be inadequate for the size/capacity of the hotel. The lazy river was too crowded when we went to use it. When we tried to order burgers at the Tiki Bar, we were told "they could take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours," so of course we went elsewhere. They could use a few more shower/rinse-off stations as there was always a long line to use them when coming back from the beach (and nowhere to sit while you waited). It would also be great if they replaced the seven stairs with a ramp for people with any degree of mobility issues. The customer service seems good though. I'd consider going there again with the kids but maybe more off-season in hopes of less crowded amenities. Overall it was really good value for money, especially for an oceanview suite.

The Hotel it self needs an urgent upgrade on the rooms. Also housekeeping needs improvement. Only will come in and replace towels and trash, but will not replace amenities like soap or coffee unless you ask for it. Floors were sandy and dirty when we checked in. The overall ocean front experience was outstanding, but next trip will try a different hotel.

The balcony view from room was especially beautiful and breathtaking.. staff was exceptionally welcoming. Other guest were very friendly.

Walmart is just 6 blocks. This resort does not support handicap needs in any rooms. I had to help my wife to get in & out of the tub to shower. Absolutely no bars in any of the rooms per the staff. If you need bars in the bathroom for assistance, this resort is not recommended because there are none. The bartender at the tiki bar made the worse Strawberry daiquiri & mango margarita. We trashed them with half a cup left. Parking is plentiful - garage & outdoor parking available. I booked with expedia which denied the free breakfast. If you book thru the resort, breakfast is included. I cooked our breakfast everyday which we purchased from the nearby Walmart. Overall we would stay again but w/o handicap aides in the bathroom this resort is not an option

Everything was so close and didnt have to walk from my room to the pools and beach. Loved the fact you can buy food right there so no need to travel out of the resort 😀

The space of the apartment was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to ask for bags and paper towels three times. I think they should just lea e extra garbage bags in the can and extra paper towels. But other than that everything was perfect.

The overall experience with this resort was positive. The staff were friendly and the rooms were initially clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the pool area was nice and a lot of fun for the kids, and the additional parking lot (not a garage) across the street was great. I have a large truck, so not having to deal with the garage only having a 6' 8" clearance was nice! Only downsides are 2 things. They don't clean the rooms daily or at all, while you're there. I did ask for a broom and dust pan to clean ourselves each day. They take trash if you put it outside the room, and they do leave fresh towels though. Second issue, my wife and I CONSTANTLY smelled weed while we were on our balcony. We stayed on the pent house, and it never seemed to matter if it was morning, noon, or night, someone below us always seemed to be smoking weed outside. That's a major deterrent for us as a family. Also, some guy was randomly vaping in the elevator, with 4 maids, a guy and a small child. Not one person said anything to him. Staff should have addressed this. Rest assured if my child was in the elevator at the time, I would have said something. Completely unacceptable!

Was nicely located on the beach, easliy accessible parking and coukd walk the entire beach from this point fairly easily to other locations.

The room stinks so bad , it should be non smoking room but probably somebody who lived there before us smoked , and not original cigarets but some CBD things , and we can’t breathe in the room , and were forced to be outside as long as we could. We told about that on reception , and housekeeper did spray two times but it didn’t help at all. So we asked to change the room , but we were only 2 nights so they didn’t let us change it . Overall is ok. But it probably were our first and last time to staying there .

Its was good

I loved that it was on the beach. The fridge was leaking from the freezer but we didn't use it. I loved having 2 bathrooms and a fridge. There wasn't a lot of kitchen supplies but we had paper plates. I also loved getting texts from the office about the pools closing and the weather. Unfortunately, we came during tropical storm Debby, so we didn't get to use the pools or lazy river. We hardly had sunshine.

During the upcoming storm all of the surrounding pools were open but ours, i understand they were looking after our safety but we couldn't go into the ocean. It left the kids very limited activities

Right on the beach which was beautiful. Room and stairwells could have been cleaner! Fun pool area with bar and DJ’z and fun activities. Nice free parking between the garage and lots.

I would definitely recommendthis place just make sure you bring ur own cleaning supplies. Check weather because pool gets closed if there is rough weather. Rooms are nice but furniture is pretty worn comfort wise.

1 night stay. Very nice room.

This condo is very spacious and comfortable for a larger family or group. The views from this condo are amazing. We did have a problem with the A/C unit during our stay and unfortunately was not fixed until the day before we were leaving. They did respond quickly to the service call, but due to the fact the actual heat and air company needed to service the unit it took longer. Our stay was still very enjoyable and would rent again.
