Check-in went smoothly. The free parking near the hotel is a plus and secure. The room was very clean and large. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also a plus.

Checking in w Beverly the nicest front desk lady was beyond kind. She switched our room and made every request come true. Nika is fabulous and they made our mini vacation special. James and Lamont were wonderful and I hope your bosses appreciate the great employees and give you raises. I’m getting you treats today!!

Our stay was very relaxing. We did find some trash near the bed that was likely not seen when the bedding was changed (it makes me question if it was changed at all actually.) But the service was very nice and overall the room was very comfortable.

Only hotel at downtown Pittsburgh offers free parking. Good breakfast. Nice room. Very clean. The staffs are very friendly.

We had great time at our stay at Hampton Inn. All the Staff was friendy and hotel was roomy. We enjoyed the Pool and also hot tub. In night front desk baked fresh hot cookies. Kids loved it with their hot cocoa. Parking was an easy being in the downtown Pittsburgh. Will definitely come again.

My family and I stayed in one of the suites. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. And I loved that parking was free. My only complaint would be that the scrambled eggs were a little salty, but otherwise the food was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel centrally located but still a little by the side in a calm area. The hotel is not new. But the room was very good, modern, clean and big. Comfortable beds. Tv was new and modern. Minifridge and some of the furnitures had signs of wearness.
Parking was free which was very good. The first parking lot near the hotel felt more safe than the second parking lot further away which felt more unsafe.
Breakfast area had many people. The options was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out.

Greatly area for downtown and Strip District. Very good breakfast. Rooms are nicely appointed and large. Beds very comfortable. Front desk service was competent and pleasant. One downside is the lack of maid service during our 2 night stay and the fact that there was no mention of it when we checked in .

Housekeeping was terrible, spent 3 nights and didn’t receive any housekeeping services, finally on the last day the manager on duty cleaned the room etc

Well maintained hotel, stayed on 8th floor and room was quiet with little to no outside noise. Free breakfast was hot, fresh and had flavor both mornings. In and Out free parking but walkable to a museum across the street, convention center across the parking lot, and PNC park 20 minute walk due to winding roads and getting across bridge - but doable. Less than 10 minute walk to dining options or 5 min drive with looking for parking (parking meters free in evenings). Had a suite and had plenty of space and seating options to enjoy reading a book or watching TV without sitting on the bed.

We had a wonderful time at the Pittsburgh Hampton Inn. Holly, at the Front Desk was awesome. So friendly and knowledgeable. Free Parking and the hotel is close to everything.

Pet fee is $75 per stay. Breakfast was included. Not recommended to walk out late at night. Most stores closed by 9:00 pm. No connivence stores within walking distance at night.

It was a great experience from checking in to our departure the next day. Uber ride to see Bruce Springsteen was easy and breakfast the next morning was enjoyable and we enjoyed the other guests who were at the concert also!

We always have a great experience at Hampton Inns by Hilton. The staff was friendly and courteous. We couldn’t walk by any staff member without them asking us if everything was ok. It’s nice to hear that. The room was ready on time. It had a king size bed, high ceilings and a walk in shower. The complimentary breakfast had waffles, eggs, bacon, cereals, oat meal, juices, coffee and more. Parking was convenient with plenty of overflow available. We will stay there again.
