All was excellent except breakfast. I prepaid $10 per person for breakfast when I booked the room. I just ordered breakfast and because I have dietary restrictions I had to order dishes from the sides menu that I could eat. Evidently they are not covered by the prepaid breakfast. And extra coffee is not covered by the prepay option. So, don't prepay for breakfast.

Grabbed this hotel last minute after having some flight delay issues. This hotel is very clean and beautiful. Rooms are lovely. Beds are comfy. I left my Apple Watch here and the housekeeping turned it in and the manager shipped to me. Highly impressed! I’d def stay here again!

Staff at check in and check out were pleasant and efficient. Hotel condition was good but there was a musty smell in the air and the rugs need to be steam cleaned or replaced. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean and crisp. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Rooms just need cosmetic updating and general maintenance. Didn’t stay long enough to eat breakfast but there are lots of coffee shops and bakeries along the route out of town to choose.

After a long day of traveling we booked this hotel on our way and when we arrived hotels.com didn’t send the reservation to the hotel. Even though the hotel didn’t have the reservation they let us check in and the wonderful lady at the front took care of working with hotels.com so we could go to our room and relax. Perfect example of customer service that you don’t find very often these days. The restaurant right in the lobby was fabulous with good home cooked food which we were craving after our drive from New Jersey to Ohio. The people that supply great customer service really make a better experience.

It was OK when I signed up. I thought it was Holiday Inn express with the free breakfast and we couldn’t find the pool. My granddaughter wanted to swim. It was just a trip with the Service.

Overall the stay was good. There was some grime and what appeared to be dried toothpaste in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk who checked us in had a very unwelcoming attitude, the night clerk as well. The bed was comfy.

When I checked in, the front desk made a mistake which resulted in several hundred dollars being charged to my credit card, instead of just a charge for incidentals. I’m currently waiting for those charges to fall off as we speak. The room was clean, but the entrance to it had a bad smell; that of body odor and urine. It was faint and mostly by the door to the room. The bathroom smelled the worst of body odor, as if someone was hitting the gym all day and then drying off with the shower curtain. The staff were friendly though, and patient with me. The hotel restaurant served tasty food, too.

The hotel has a great location. There are many choices for food & attractions nearby. The staff is friendly & the restaraunt onsite is good. One miss - we were not told upon check-in that you must let the front desk know by 1pm if you’d like your room cleaned. We learned that information from another guest. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean. And the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor and we could hear noise from the fitness room very early. beeping noises from the equipment and weights dropping on the floor

This stay was not up to the Holiday Inn standard of the past. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so any shower fogged up everything. The shower diverter was stuck halfway between shower and tub so both were insufficient and on first use sprayed the floor. The Bistro Eclipse Special at $13 was less lacking in comparison to the free breakfast at Hampton Inn the night before.
