Very nice, clean and quiet!

We chose this hotel based on the location to our favorite restaurants and the pool being open year round. The only issues we had was: we had a nose bleed one night and asked if we could get new sheets and were told they didn't have any available until morning. (Don't understand this at all) 2nd if the pool is open year round and is covered so sun doesn't get to the water why wouldn't you have it heated. The room we had was very roomy and clean. We would stay again but would be during warmer weather so the kids didn't turn blue swimming. The breakfast was ok nothing exciting but at least we didn't go away hungry.

I arrived after a long day of travel, expecting a smooth check-in, but I was left waiting in line for nearly [insert time]. There seemed to be a lack of organization, and the staff, though polite, appeared overwhelmed.
For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a more efficient process, especially given how important first impressions are. Once I finally got my room, everything was fine, but the slow check-in really started my stay on the wrong foot.
I hope management can streamline this process in the future.

The hotel was super clean and the beds were so comfy! All the staff was wonderful but the breakfast was cold every morning. Even after letting the attendant know it remained cold.

Everything was excellent. We just stayed one night so we didn’t really get to use all of the facilities, but what we did was terrific. The complementary breakfast was excellent, although they could use a little bit more replenishing of the hot food. The check-in process was really good and we got to get into our room earlier than expected after traveling a very long way. Nice job everyone keep up the good work.

This is a criticism of the hotel industry in general. Charging $100 deposit to the credit card of a couple in their 70s is laughable and unnecessary. What elderly couple has ever trashed a hotel room? And then, to add insult to injury, it takes days for that charge to get reversed. Our hotel room was paid in full weeks before we arrived. What ever happened to customer service?

It took a long time to check in. We waited about 15 minutes before someone even came to the front desk.

We killed a total of seven large cockroaches in the two days that we stayed. The sheets were old and dingy. The floor was filthy. The stay was very uncomfortable. I’ll never stay there again.

Not very accommodating nor friendly. Rooms are great however as well as location. Free breakfast was good coffee and tea at all hours.
