I had a nice stay but the hotel can certainly use the renovations and some upgrades.

The stay was good. However, breakfast was a miss for me. No sausage or bacon just muffin. But i guess

the bed and pillows were comfortable. but it had a stale smell. it had renovation sign up but it doesnt look like they were renovating anything. everything was broken and old. the room was very very tiny. the towels had a weird smell to them.

Hotel was run down. Carpets were dirty. Would have been ok if it wasn’t for the outrageous price we paid for parents weekend at LSU. Felt scammed. Will never stay here again.

Everyone was very great and kind and the hotel is clean.

The hotel was okay. However, I did see a bug so I'm definitely docking off points for that and there was not a lot of breakfast options. But other than that, it was okay.

The staff was very kind and the room was cleaned I love the shower pressure I took long hot showers it's very quiet and if you need anything just go to the front desk and ask everyone there is very kind including the housekeeping. Free breakfast as well. Have a safe trip.

Nice place. The pool was clean. I went during renovations. I will go back and see if it is better. The staff was great.

Perfect location

I liked the complimentary breakfast each morning. I liked the friendly staff members at the facility. And I like the access to the fitness center & the pool.

For a room that was supposed to have been cleaned before we got there . A large roach was on the floor dead. Pulled back the covers and a roach was alive running around in the bed. Told front desk at the time of checkout and no refund was issued.

Great customer service! Staff was great in hospitality department.

Due to bugs, roaches, crickets entering my room and loud noises were heard from the room across the hall, I was forced to asked for another room. Upon receiving the 2nd room, noticing a broken water dial for the shower and fighting with insects and other types of bugs, I chose to keep the room. I didn’t want the hassle of bounce all over the hotel trying to find the perfect room for my stay.

The carpet was soaked, there was mold all in the bathroom, they spray painted the whole tub and shower and the paint was peeling all in the water, the tub was broke and wouldn’t hold water to take a bath, the beds felt dirty, I could go on and on. The staff were very nice and accommodating on giving a refund tho.

There was no ironing board-air wasn't working properly, sink water pressure was VERY POOR!!! shower was soooo small. Overall it was not comfortable. Slept on top of the bed, brought my own comforter. 👎

Had an acute funny smell maybe because of the renovation on the upper floor but other than that everything was nice. They have a mirror on the headboard😌

You will not find a better hotel for the money. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I like staff expect we had to wait for our rooms. To eat, most things were nearby. Tge thing that i didnt like was you saw alot of homeless people walking around the hotel. Other than that it was good

Like it but the only thing that I didn't like was one of my rooms smelled bad. The tub didnt keep water in and the handle was very hard to put on and turn off

The rooms appeared clean but had a musty, stuffy odor. Didnt smell "freshly" cleaned as stated. Since we did have to wait an extra hour for the rooms to be "cleaned". The swimming pool was ok cept the ladder had NO rungs on it to climb in & out of the pool. Overall, it served the purpose we were in town for. And NO roaches, as many reviews I've read stated. We had 2 suites, 2nd floor, & 1 double queen & 1 single rooms. 3rd floor. We were all satisfied with all our rooms & overall stay for the most part.

Staff vey friendly

The rooms “looks clean” but when I opened my room door either the carpet needs deep cleaning or some bc it was nope I had to spray a disinfectant it made that go away. The eco is cool but it makes me wonder if you aren’t washing changing things for 3 days when someone leaves a room after 1 or 2 is the cleaning lady allowed to change it btw people the young brown woman needs more ppl or customer service skills you are suppose to make guests feel welcomed not like they are suspects everyone else I came in contact with were A1 it make sure to read the description of the room size it make a difference the breakfast could be better maybe more fruit added daily to complement the other things. There is this awful smell maybe caused by sour washers maybe a sour mop I’m not sure but it’s just close to the wash room and the none carpets on the higher floors The potential is there overall but definitely needs some tweaking. And I know they are aware of the fixes. It’s not the worst but this location definitely has room for improvement
