We love this place and have been there before and will go again. However it was a big turn off to be pressured into the ownership sales. Regardless of the $200 gift card at the end. I just would like to check in hassle free without that. Otherwise, as usual, we loved our experience.

The location and property was great! Our only complaint was with the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the property. The coffee table, kitchen table, master bedroom nightstand and one living chair were all dirty and needed to be wiped down. Additionally, the master bathroom floor was very dirty.

I enjoyed my stay at Worldmark. The accomadations were spacious and very clean. there were 6 in my family and we had more than enough room. We were able to cook. The kids swam in the pool. The beds were comfortable. I would definately stay here again. It was much better than staying at a hotel. My only comnplaint is that I did not know that the staff would try to pressure you into sitting throu a time share presentation. They were pretty aggressive. They do the sales pich when you check in. I was tired from the drive and the last thing I want to hear is an aggresive sales pitch. I tried to be nice ans say I really needed to get my kids settled in and they called an hour later to the room. They then called my cell, then came and knocked on the door and proceeded to text my phone until 10pm. I don't do timeshare presentations no matter the incentives. that was the only complaint that I have. other than that, I loved the accomodations. They were very nice.

Our stay was convenient to all of our activities and comfortable Great location and clean. The only thing that was weird is they charge you for internet it wasn’t much but for such a nice property I thought it was odd that it wasn’t included

The resort fit the bill, each person in our family had their own bed! The place was spacious & had everything we needed.

Great place. Friendly staff. Very nice pool and hot tub. The inside of the unit was nice, large, and comfortable. It's located less than a mile from Gruene downtown. Two issues I'll note: The master bathroom's tub had a huge rust stain in the center of the tub. If the rust can't be removed, the tub needs to be replaced. I knew in advance you have to pay extra for wifi. But after we arrived, we found out the coverage is only good for two devices. If you're trying to work, that may be an issue for you. If we have to pay for wifi, there shouldn't be a device limit. Even with those two issues noted above, we'd consider staying here again.

i've been asking since 6/30 to request my dates be moved do an funeral that we needed to tend to because of covid and all i got back all 4 times i've called was that Expedia needed to contact the property to see if that was an option. I got an email back from Expedia saying they were working on it but that's all i've gotten so far. we requested to dates be move the 11/25 through 11/28.

I didnt like the fact that we had no turn down service and had to ask for things daily. When you pay 225 or more a night their are things that as guests we expect.

Great for families. Spacious, comfortable and excellent. I will return.

Very possibly the nicest Expedia place we've ever been. Facilities are immaculate and staff is wonderful. Other guests were a joy to interact with. Only flight negative was Wi-Fi was only available with an extra fee. Would not stop me from staying again if ever in the area.

My family lived our time at Worldmark New Braunfels. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful. The location was so close to Gruene and a short drive from many attractions (Canyon Lake, Natural Bridge Caverns, and Schlitterbahn to name a few). We will definitly be back.

Lovely place to stay...extremely clean and roomy. Super comfortable beds! Very close to the wedding venue so a great location for us.

Worldmark New Braunfels was a wonderful place to stay for our family. I loved having a full kitchen and laundry even in the short time we spent there. The pool was heated which is very nice. Parking was excellent and check in/out was seamless. We would stay again!

OUR EXPERIENCE STAYING HERE THE TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS WAS EXCELLENT. THE ACCOMMODATIONS WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. CHECK IN WAS VERY EASY. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR A VISIT TO GRUENE, TEXAS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AND PLAN TO RETURN.
