Elevator not working. Photos were different that the actual room. Breakfast does not start until 8am!!!

Ordered specifically a king sized bed and got 2 single beds. the mattress was also very soft and super uncomfortable to sleep so that i woke up with backpain after the first night. when i stated the issue they promised that they check if they can do something, well, nothing happened and it seemed like they didn't really care about the issue. also elevator was not working and the 3rd floor was on the 4th. because there is nothing on the third floor. all in all, not very pleasant. would not recomend. Room was clean and all but the service and the information wheren't as promised.

Hotel was nice - staff very helpful. Bus stop across the road so good to get into main area of Beunos Aires but 15-20 minute walk to nearest area for most restaurants. Could take taxi if need to

Unable to review, we were moved from the hotel to another before arriving as apparently it was closed due to "administration errors"? We stayed at Let Sun Boutique Hotel in Palermo, which was very good indeed

The first hotel of my long trip and I certainly didn't better my stay here. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave good local advice on where to go and some travel tips too. Also helped out when I was leaving as it was a public holiday that affected transport. I don't speak Spanish but it was never a problem in the hotel as all staff were multi-lingual. I had a nice room with a few nice touches that made it different from the norm.

A wonderful gem of a boutique hotel in Palermo, a very nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Easy bus service to downtown. Very nice and attentive service by the staff. A lovely breakfast.

The rendezvous is perfect for short stays in Buenos Aires. It’s a lovely old hotel in Palermo soho, a safe neighbourhood with loads of cafes and bars and easy access to tourist sights. Rooms are full of character, if a little small. Most staff were very friendly.

Quaint boutique style hotel in the beautiful Palermo area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and comfy! Neighborhood is quiet so slept very well! We would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant stay for 2 nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful while manning the desk 24 hours. Very clean and comfy room with good wifi located within walking distance to great restaurants and about a 20 minute to Palemo Soho for shopping.

Boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood. The area has some restaurants and shops but not as many as Palermo Soho, more of a residential and business area. Some loud noises during the weekend since there is a bar/club nearby. We chose a room with a private balcony with hot tub, this really made the room special. Breakfast was brought to room each morning. Also the front desk personal were very helpful with suggestions.

Very friendly multilingual staff made every facet of our stay enjoyable. Great advice on restaurants and bars as well as city tours combined with terrific service within the hotel. As a boutique hotel with a French twist, it is small, intimate and very comfortable.

I stayed at Rendez-Vous for 1 night. Very nice and trend hotel. Room is smal but enought for 2 persons and not to many luggage. TV, Bad and refrigerator! Bathroom is very good, lot of space and confort. Shower is very good. Breakfast is on demand, not buffet. Really good, with options of bred, juices, coffes, omeletes, fruits,...

I had a great stay here this past November. The hotel only has a dozen or so rooms so you get to know the hotel staff who went absolutely out of their way to help us. Directions, recommendations, trip bookings; they helped with everything. It's a great location to explore Palermo and the city , only a 15 min walk to the subway and a good place to come back to after a hard day exploring. The lobby is cozy and inviting to hang out in and have a glass of wine and the rooms were clean and well decorated in a Victorian/ modern style. As mentioned before the hotel staff was amazing in particular Lionel and Adeline who made us feel right at home. When I return to BA I'd definitely stay here and recommend others do the same.

A little gem in the heart of residential Buenos Aires. The team were very helpful with every request and the breakfasts were generous and home made. I will choose the Rendez-Vous again when visiting Buenos Aires.

We had read other reviews and based our stay off this - amazing boutique hotel. I usually stay in the big chains, but they were priced too expensively in BA to make it worth my while, also not located in the lovely palermo area. The atmosphere at the hotel was great. The french owner was very friendly to us, and appears that a lot of the staff speak french. 2 lovely ladies helped us throughout our stay in addition to the owner who helped scan some documents etc If the owner is reading this the first lady helped us for the first 2 nights with our restaurant choices. Campbravo was amazing, and by showing the card the hotel gave us we ended up with 2 free glasses of champage each! The second lady made no hassle of booking us a remis at the end of the trip and also giving us general info about the area. Both were extremely helpful and really felt like friends right from the get go.
