Excellent!!!

The property is nice and clean, both the cleaning staff and the staff in the restaurant food area have excellent service. You can see their dedication and the excellent customer service by Doña Liliana and Doña Patricia and the rest of the people, which Which I can't say about the front desk, the first one, inaccurate, very bad, the client does not care, the lack of training, customer service, how rude she was and lack of respect on the part of the person who was there during my stay, was constant rudeness and arrogance, just for this reason and an extra charge that was made to me after having paid the complete package through the application, the first time that this has happened to me compared to previous trips and I do not return and I do not recommend the Mi San Diego hotel due to the bad times or an apology and received from the representative or the same person from the front desk

Staff was really friendly, the room was clean. The only thing I would change is that every day was the same breakfast variety would be perfect.

The check man helped me with luggage at 1am.

Staff were great. A bit off the grid but everything is super accessible by Uber/taxis at reasonable prices to get to better areas or points of interest. A metro station is about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Gym needs renovations / equipment. Sauna isn’t operational although advertised. Breakfast is decent.

Great location and staff were very nice. I actually forgot my passport and some money in the room. They immediately contacted me. The lady in the front desk sent me a WhatsApp message when she figured I did not have roaming on.

Everything was perfect as always..Stayed before and will continue to stay when I visit.

A friend came up to my room for a few drinks, left after about 90 minutes. Because it was after 10PM, the hotel charged me nearly $50 for an additional occupant. That charge nearly doubled the nightly price. Despite my complaint, the staff maintained it was hotel policy. I guess they have a curfew! Also, the wifi was so slow as to be unusable.

Excellent service. Staff was always friendly and always greeted me as I came and went. Tasty breakfast. Housekeeping was swift and always came when requested. Front desk helpful with calling for taxis. Good wifi, good bathroom. Comfortable bed. I'll stay here again.

Everything was great. I have been at this hotel before and the staff has always been great and also the hotel is in a nice location close to clubs, restaurants and malls.

Nice place and friendly staff. Be aware staff don't really speak English but used Google translate in my phone and worked fine. The breakfast was really good and large. Nice views on the roof as well. The area is very safe and very close to a couple large shopping malls. About a 10 minute walk to the metro. Be aware if you're room faces the main street you may get some noise if you're on lower floors.
