Satisfied with all services. The staff were very friendly and kindly responded to our requests. The staff tried to accommodate my requests as much as possible. I stayed only in the villa, but this trip to Bali was the best of all my trips to Bali. The villa made my vacation perfect. By the way, the BBQ was super nice!!!

Staff were great. Clean amenities. Close to most things. Was a bit noisy at times with bikes but I think that would be the same anywhere.

Really nice villa ...well located in Seminiak near by all faciliclities (restaurants, beaches....). The villa itself was excellent, in quiet place...i recommend it.

Great location Walking distance to Main Street of seminyak exactly as pictured Staff very helpful. Had minor issue sorted immediately have stayed previously towels not as fluffy and white but this is Bali and they are still adequate

Have stayed in many villas in Bali over the last few years and Bvilla+Spa is right up there. Stayed in a one bedroom, villa d. Lovely spacious room with excellent pool and outdoor area. Wonderful service and good location. Bathroom not as luxurious as some but then the price more than makes up for it. A 4.5 star villa at a 3.5 star price

A really nice villa!! We had a great time here, the pool was wonderful except a chip on the stairs to the pool. Some maintenance is needed, it would be better if the room had more lights and the living room had airconditioning. However, the service was definitely able to compensate these points! The team here was very welcoming and lovely! The driver that picked us up from the airport was pleasant and nice to talk to.

This was the perfect spot! The villa was clean and very comfortable with everything you need to relax. If you want to venture out, it's a very short walk to a fun street with lots of shops and restaurants and a little further walk to the beach. The hotel staff was LOVELY and always there to help with anything I needed! I highly recommend this gem!

We stayed in the 5 bedroom villa and had a great time.The staff were friendly and prompt with their service and the rooms were spacious, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.We had the BBQ cooked in the villa one night. There was such an abundance of delicious food and it made for a great night in.It was such a relaxing place that we stayed in most days and just lounged by the pool.When we did go out, we were offered free shuttle service to near-by locations, which was fantastic.

We lost 4 nights sleep because the aircon wasn’t working. We moved to 3 different villas and they were all just as bad.

There are 2 bVillas within 100m of each other and we first went to the other one, however bVilla+Pool is distinct from bVilla+Spa! We stayed at bVilla+Spa, villa K, which also had a private pool. Go figure! :-)Our check-in was seamless, although since we arrived 1 hr earlier, we would have liked to settle down earlier, but the villas were being prepared so we couldnt and went to Kuta instead until the evening. The villas themselves are in very good condition, the lap pool is private and the bedroom is basic but nice. The stone bathroom is large and comfortable. The butlers come in at a designated time every morning and make hot breakfast for you, which is a brilliant concept! The options for vegetarians are a tad limited, but my wife requested sliced mango for next morning and they were able to accommodate happily. The location is in a quiet street about 400m from Seminyaks busy shopping and restaurant street and a further 500m from the beach.Lastly, the staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Overall, we loved our entire bVilla experience.

We stayed here with a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space. The rooms are spacious - I would almost say enormous. The bed was comfortable and provided with a lot of high pillows (not to my liking, but that's a personal preference). You will probably find you need to use one of the pillows against the wall to stop your main pillow sliding off the top of the bed. The in-room safe is quite large and securely bolted to the wall. It was ample for a laptop, camera, keys, passports, etc with room to spare. The bathroom is large and well presented. The bath is definitely big enough for two people. I had a problem with my shower tap. It took about 5 minutes from reporting it to having it fixed. Very prompt service. The outdoor area is lovely. The tiles can get slippery with kids in and out of the pool. but staff happily left us a mop and a couple of extra towels. The dining table easily seated 8 of us. Everything was clean and tidy. Villa staff were professional and courteous. One staff even made a lovely swan out of towels for the kids, who loved it. The included breakfast menu is good. There's a number of varieties of egg, a couple of traditional options and some sweet options. We did find that there were not enough slices of toast or pastries for everyone though. The in-room catering was nice and quite reasonably priced too, should you get peckish. My only complaint was the pool was too heavily chlorinated, burning eyes and minor bleaching bathing suits.

We had a lovely honeymoon at BVilla and Spa, the staff was lovely and so attentative. Breakfast in the morning was so nice and it is a 5-10 minute walk to Seminyak Eat Street. The place was very clean and having your own private pool is a nice touch

This hotel is in the perfect location in Seminyak, walking distance to Seminyak square but far enough away that when you are at the villa there is no noise from the road. Also good as there is a k circle just across the road for extra drinking water/snacks/alcohol. The villa was super clean and tidy and the staff were all really lovely and helpful. The villa actually looked like the photos advertised also, would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax for family of 5. Apart from the pesky mosquitoes everything else was great.

Overall a very good stay. Pool was enormous and villa well fitted out. Only issue was the mattress wasn't overly comfortable and the air con wasn't as cool as it could be. But otherwise no complaints. Very good staff.

I would definitely stay here again. The villa has everything you need and more. Breakfast is cooked for you daily in your villa, the private pool is a very decent size and the staff are more than willing to help with anything you ask of them. The hotel is walking distance to nice restaurants and the hotel driver will happily drive you to places that are not.

Bvilla is central to all places. excellent food and comfort

The villa is just located 10mins away from the main road where there are many eataries and restaurants. If you need to buy any tolietries or necessities, the convenient store is just across the road. The villa is nicely decorated and the jacuzzi is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided good advice on where to go and how to navigate around. However on a little downside, the bathroom looks worn out, and the shower water tempreature keeps changing even though u have set it. The open concept living room did not help to keep the mosquitoes away, so you may consider bring lots of insect repellent.
