We arrived after traveling 23 hours. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. Our room was not ready. They tried to put us in a much smaller room even though we paid for a suite with a kitchen. It was after 3:30 pm when we arrived but we had to wait more than an hour before we finally got the correct room. There was nothing in the kitchen to prepare food with or to eat off off. There were no glasses, plates, silverware, or pans. Nothing. It was very noisy and the whole room shook through the night. There is a gym nearby where someone begins shouting and counting each morning before dawn for hours so we could not get a good sleep. The breakfast area has no windows and is very dismal. While there are nice views, this is not a hotel I would recommend. When it was time to leave, the taxi I requested through the front desk arrived 15 minutes early which was very stressful.

Everything was perfect and accommodating.

Location was great. Not quite Laureles but close enough. The area is comfortable and walkable. Carrera 80 is right there with restaurants and stores. Excellent ‘avocado’ restaurant connected to hotel. Nice rain shower with hot water.

Check in was great! Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Location is outstanding! Best of all: rain shower with abundant hot water! Shout out to Santiago. He’s an asset to the staff: super friendly and helpful!! Night staff was great too but I don’t remember his name.

Older building, bathrooms are supremely updated to modern standards with running hot water. Depending on which room you choose a lot of bang for your buck believe me. Very unique experience, in the real part of Medellin.

Mi hotel favorito en Medellin desde 2016. Si busca un lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado este es el lugar. En el area de La Floresta tiene acceso a transportacion, bancos, restaurantes, supermercados, estacion metro y mucho mas.

A lovely boutique hotel. They have seating areas outside of the rooms for family visitations and tables to eat at if you want to take your meals inside the hotel in comfort. I would highly recommend staying there.

For the past 10 years I have been coming to San Pedro del fuerte, the owner and staff is like a family The covid rules and regulations are followed 100 percent And every one from the staff to the owner always treat it me and my family like their family Love this place

I travel to Medilline often and Hotel San Pedro is i have used in the last 2 Years..the Location is Minutes from the Metro...Plenty of.Restaurants just a short wslk form Hotel.the Locationis Quite Clean..Safe...and the Staff is .Super Friendly and Helpful...You will Not be Disappointed.....

The service is great ! The staff is excellent ! My room was always cleaned at an appropriate time , the WiFi is pretty good , I was able to operate my fire stick ! The amenities are cool too , lotions and shampoos and soaps , located in a very nice area With a few nice restaurants and local cuisine’s

I’ve been going to this hotel for the pass two years and I love it. I spent over 1500 dollars at this hotel and I just don’t understand why they can’t fix the WiFi. WIFI SUCK I HOPE THEY FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE I COME BACK IN MARCH. OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS A 9/10. 😎

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The breakfast was amazing, clean rooms, and beautiful staff. Its Wonderful a hotel for Americas.. The only major downside is the wifi in the rooms. It works in the hallway but not in the rooms. I hope they fix this before My next trip or I WILL NOT BE BOOKING HERE AGAIN. Overall a 9 out of 10!

Well situated, close to Metro, not loud, friendly staff. A few quirks that come with older hotels, but honestly no real downside to it.

I'm from New York USA. My stay was from 2-24-14 thru 2-28-14. Upon arrival at 12:A.M. Adrian Ricardo the night clerk not only helped me with everything he also treated me like royalty. The breakfast and coffee was very enjoyable and the waiter also treated me like royalty. Jorge the hotel manager went way beyond the call of duty. I asked him how to get somewhere either by taxi or public transportation which my cousin a I had been traveling so I expected to use that mode of transportation but Jorge to my ultimate surprise, as this would never happen in New York, said he would drive us there. The ride took about 15-20 minutes. Not only did he drive us there but he waited for us and then drove us back to the hotel. On checking out, Adrian Ricardo called a taxi for me and during the wait we spoke some more about my experiences. I told him everything was perfect. Great place to stay. Everyone very friendly. Although the staff was very courteous, the hotel room condition and area left plenty to be desired. Hard bed, dingy setting, old furniture and noisy toilet are some of the issues we encountered.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Even though my Spanish was not very good and their English wasn't either, we were able to communicate! They were extremely helpful with my mother, who uses a walker, and pleasant to be around. The area was not that loud and a metro stop was 2 blocks down the street. If this hotel is close to your desired area, I would absolutely recommend it!

San Pedro del Fuerte is a great place to stay, conveniently located just 2 blocks from the metro station. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. There was one day that there was no hot water, but I managed. If there was something that I needed, the staff helped me with it. I stayed here a total of three times during my stay in Colombia. I love this place and will definitely come back again next time I am in Medellin.
