Central hotel on a central street close to everything and about 20mins from the airport. Room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Hotel offers limited food in the restaurant and for room service - very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me book tours and the tour company is a few doors down.

Only thing I would change was the smoke smell from the fire pit in the lobby. Maybe have a better extracter for the smoke.

This property is really in need of an update. You pay a "four star hotel" tax because the place has a restaurant and a pool. Then you go up one floor to the rooms and it's like you've gone back in time by 30 years. Filthy carpeting in the hallways, ripped up flooring in the rooms, no A/C, furniture straight from 1992. I couldn't leave my window open on a 90 degree day because I was on the 1st floor and people could just hop right in. The staff ignores you until you speak to them. And if you booked it because it said "parking" in the filter, they don't have any parking. You can unload your bags in the street out front. Other than that, the location is great!

Awful! Extremely poor internet, lumpy beds, run down, old old equipment in gym. The only positive thing about this hotel is that the breakfast was good. Lots of street noise and and horrible views. Very overpriced for this place .

I liked the big rooms with large bathrooms at this hotel. Good location in downtown area with easy walking to restaurants.
Minor issue was the rooms didn't have individual controls for the room temperature.

Right in the center of town, thus very easy to get around. Restaurants, shopping at your doorstep. Hotel is clean and comfortable and complimentary breakfast is a nice extra.

Everything was fine except for the WiFi, which was so slow and disconnected so frequently that it was unusable.
I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the heat. It was too warm for me and I had to sleep with the window open. I wasn’t the only room with the window swung wide open.

Maria the manager helped me by moving me to a room with good Wi-Fi reception and less noise. It was terrific. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The spa and pool were really nice. I got a very good massage at a reasonable cost.

A lot of charges are not include in the final amount paid. We had to leave and go stay at another hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Bed is fluffy and cosy. Room is 4*. There is good breakfast. The hotel has a pool, spa and sauna. Gym was not operational for some reason.
The only negative is the early check out time at 10. If you arrive late there is not much time to enjoy the room during short stay.

Hotel claims to be smoke free but I had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 105. The only window in the room opened on to a hotel terrace where people smoked. The ash tray was right next to my window. There is no AC so leaving the window open meant dealing w the smoker. Leaving the window closed meant the room was hot.
The hotel is in a good location especially if you do not have a car. Do NOT stay in room 105.

Excelent place to stay, on Main Street close to anything, staff was very kind and service. No doubt I will stay there on my next trip.
The only small issue, check out is at 10 am, for the rest, it was perfect.

Very central location, on the main street of Bariloche. Comfortable room and bed, at a very reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet, with a variety of juices, fruit, toast, eggs, and lots of different pastries. Helpful with storing luggage while I spent a few days hiking in the nearby mountains; I had booked another night at the hotel on my return.

If you care about healthy breakfast, look elsewhere. The service is good, stuff is very helpfull although most of them do not speak any English. You would expect that from hotel reception in a city that is full of tourist from all over the world, rooms are small and simple. Overpriced.

Bit of a ghetto gym and it doesnt open until noon, which is a bit annoying. OK wifi, ok breakfast. Staff was pleasant enough and its in the center of the high street.

Staying in this hotet was in the central part of the tourism. The shopping was endless as well as the samples of chocolates in many stores on the street. The hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Close to all major sites. Restaurants. chocolate. Ice Creams. Good breakfast. We enjoyed every minute of the hotel.

Updated hotel and spa. Central location. Rooms are clean and overall it is a nice hotel. It was a little noisy Friday and Saturday nights in the street behind the hotel, but the central location gives you lots of walking options for meals, etc.

This was a comfortable hotel in a nice location. Our room was small, no frills, but the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel was in walking location of so many sights and the hotel staff was helpful and spoke English.

There was an old man at the front desk that was very rude when I tried to bring a friend to my room. He yelled at me telling me I have to give them her info and pay for her stay too! The problem is the way he did it. I felt like in a communist country... the ladies where a bit better but still lacking customer service! When you go to have breakfast they will watch you... at the pool too and when you go in and out of your room. Creepy! Thin walls very loud at night

The staff was so helpful. When the local shops ran out of bus cards, the woman at the front desk gave me one to use for five days.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars and three blocks away from the civic center. The pool is great the only thing is that it closes kind of early,(9:00pm), the staff is so nice and helpful with guests requests. The room are comfortable a spacious, the only bad thing I can say is that the bed had a noise when you moved.
