The place is terrible, I never ever will go there again, some staff was very rude, the room was so dirty

We did not have a good experience here. Lack of communication at the first desk -security is at the front desk at night and did not explain check in process. The room was musty and the AC was loud. The humidity in the room made the room feel uncomfortable. When trying to address issues with the hotel , management was either not available or they ignored our emails. The front desk would say managers were not available. We left early and asked for a refund for just one night which was not accommodated . Overall -I would not recommend this hotel. It seems like they don’t care about their customers experience.

Upon arrival, I'll admit, I was a bit nervous because I didn't know prior that it was a timeshare property, (read negative things about timeshares) which probably caused my negativity to view everything (it was dark and we were tired) as dark and dingy; however, as soon as we walked through the gates, and made our way to the ocean front room we were staying in, the nervousness changed to calm relief. The property is older, but very well maintained. So calm and relaxing, clean and comfortable and staff was helpful when needed, but otherwise left us alone. EXTREMELY PLEASED!
Only negative was the covered "rec" area could use an upgrade.

Spent 4 great days in a very clean and happy place. Public Barbeques were exceptionally clean. The grounds impeccably clean. The large spacious 1 bedroom unit was very clean. Mattress was the only small problem(sunk in the middle and very!!squeaky, but the rest made up for that small inconvenience. Staff was great also!!

4th year in a row visiting this property. Enjoyed every visit! Convient access to beach. Quiet area. No need to bring grill equipment, everything is avaialble on site! Multiple pools. Just love this quite, chill, cozy spot!

I spent eight days at La Costa Beach club resort. It was an amazing day! The room was very clean, I didn't find one stray hair in the bed on the floor or in my towels. The housekeepers are very nice and accommodating. The office is very kind as well and helpful. I enjoyed riding the circuit to get around town and the circuit drivers were absolutely amazing and really made my experience in Pompano Beach even more amazing. I would highly recommend this as a choice for your stay you will not regret it. I can't even describe to you how clean the room was but it was like nothing I've ever seen before. Everything you needed is right there dishes towels so shampoo another great reason to stay here. I will definitely be back and this will be the place that I stay when I come back to Pompano Beach. Make sure you go and visit the boardwalk and go to Razzleberry's for some delicious homemade ice cream!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, and the condition of the hotel was very good. Steps away from the beach. Would certainly stay here again. The only negative thing about the hotel was the parking situation. They have very limited parking, so if you're out late, there may not be parking available when you return to the hotel. The hotel staff is very nice and will make attempts to locate a parking space for you, but there may not be any available.

I wish I could give this property five start but unfortunately there are not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms this hotel has. The rooms are cleaned and spacious. The sofa bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pools and jacuzzi are clean and warm. The beach is only a few steps away. Make sure you bring a whole grocery bag to make breakfast lunch and dinner because if you leave the property to go buy food, you will not have a parking spot when you come back.

I took my two college age boys on vacation & we really enjoyed our stay at La Costa Beach Resort! The parking was right up front by the office, with your parking pass & felt very safe to leave your car. I only needed to drive a couple of times to a Publix, which was about a 10min drive, and on a Saturday, I took the boys to the most popular beach in America, Las Olas Beach in Ft Lauderdale, which was a nice 25-30min drive, but well worth it! Other than that, we walked to the places we found around La Costa, to Lucky Fish near the pier & a couple of complexes down from La Costa is a hidden gem of a place called The Tiki Bar & Lounge at Seaside.. the outside bar was full of locals & vacationers alike. The bar outside by the pool was great ambiance, and the food was incredible! Also, the bartenders were wonderful and welcoming!

Overall, the property was pretty good. Nice pools, beach just outside the door, quiet, updated furnishings, nice towels. I’d highly consider staying here again as long as not in the 1 br unit I rented in on the first floor.
The unit was clean & updated. However, the moment I opened the door, I knew it had been a former smoking unit or had been smoked in previously. I’m a non smoker, so although it was subtle, it was there. Had I not been running late for my meeting & needed to change and go, I would have asked for another unit. As it was, I stayed just 2 nights and was really only sleeping there and my coming & going were after office hours.
If there is a heavy rain, the sidewalk at the door floods. Had flats on for work & the flood was so wide and deep, I had to step in water to get in.

A good overall experience; property and room were clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed. Having (an) onsite dinner options and / or evening entertainment by the pool(s) would have made the experience “excellent”.

The shower was always with hot, hot water and was impossible took a shower after a beautiful day in the sea. The first day I reported in the office, one employe told me open the water until coming cold, but never in the afternoon and in the night was good. We needed took the shower outside the pool because the water was too much hot in the room.

I will start with what I thought was good at this resort. The grounds were very clean and well kept. The two pools are very clean with a lot of outdoor furniture, and very appealing, lush flowers, plants, palm trees. The beach is easily accessible and very nice. The office staff was very nice. The down side was the layout of the room - and it looks like most of the rooms that I could see when they were being cleaned. I had the studio with a kitchen. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, including a small bottle of dish liquid and a four day supply of coffee filters. However, bathroom was very small, and the sink had almost NO counter space whatsoever - that is hard with two women or more traveling. No room for makeup, hairbrushes, etc. When you pull down the murphy bed, and open the sofa bed, you would have to climb over the sofa bed to get to the bathroom. I just took the back pillows off of the couch and slept on the couch without opening the bed. Overall, not a bad place, you will need a car for shopping it is not close by.

Prime location. This place has so much potential.
We arrived later than planned because of flight delay. The receptionist was waiting for us before she left for the night. However, when we entered the room we realized that the room was not prepared for us (4 people). There was 1 full size bed and a pull out sofa, which we knew about. There were 2 pillows in the room, no bedding for the pull out bed. Also, did not have beach towels. Went to talk to the receptionist as she was departing her desk for the night. She gave me sheets for the pull out bed and 1 blanket. She said she did not have any other extras and she did not have any pilllows. She looked quite annoyed that I was asking her for these items.
I grew up in the area and understand FL humidity. The smell in the room was not acceptable for a hotel. The furniture and the curtains had a mold smell.
