Great value! Fantastic location to be immersed in local culture. Safe. Just a couple blocks from some amazing restaurants and bars in Palermo Buenos Aries. Far from touristy parts. Cabs are cheap and easy to get. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Staff is outstanding. Very generous continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

We are a family of 4 and booked this hotel for a layover night between flights within Argentina given its proximity to the national airport. The hotel served its purpose but was basic. The Palmero Neighborhod is the gentrified neighborhood of Buenos Aires and hosts the hip night clubs in the city. This hotel is 2-3 blocks away from what looked looked like 5 very popular night clubs so its well located and better suited for youngsters looking to party late into the night

Great hotel. The location isn’t too bad. Though it’s where there are numerous car shops all around the hotel. That’s why I gave it a 4/5. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely.

Although the hotel is apparently new, the room refrigerator did not work and the handle of the hot water in the shower was broken, showing poor maintenance. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located very close to several nightclubs, restaurants and bars.

I stayed for a weekend in Palermo, considering a great area of bars, restaurants and discos. The hotel is little far from downtown area, Puerto Madero, shopping centers and others. At all, I recomend it.

We were only at this hotel for a few hours, having arrived late at night and leaving early the next morning. The service at reception was great, very helpful in arranging our transport to the airport and giving us tips for our return to Buenos Aires a few weeks later. Room was clean and comfortable.

it was my second time in buenos aires after 5 years, i liked even more because is a city where you can do many things, theater, parks, gastronomy, even talk with the taxi driver you can know more about the country.

This HJ rooms, bathrooms, etc are very very very small. Pictures on web lies. My review title is Jail, because every time a visitor comes to your room, they have to register and show ID all the time even when they already know you. I think they should relax more. I felt like they treated my family like criminal or something like that specially at night. The front door of the building is always locked 24/7 the girl that works at night is so rude. I told her that her customer service sucked. We spend a lot money there. If you consume anything from the minibar in your room, pay attention they will over charge. I wouldn't recommend this HJ location they dont have any amenities. I will not come back to this HJ. Next time I will rent an apartment. It's cheaper and you can relax more.

We stayed a total of six nights with a break to go the Igwazu Falls. The hotel safely kept out checked baggage for us while we traveled with out samll carryon. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. It was a bit out of the way from the major tourist areas but the front desk staff was extremely helpful with directions and information. We found the area very safe and enjoyed staying there. All the staff was excellent.

Big room with 2 double beds, clean and well decorated, big bathroom with good amenities, very good breakfast, would definitely stay again. As I just spent the night, don't have much to say about the location and transportation

We stayed here as it was near to where our son is living. It's about 1 hour from the airport. It's a good walk into trendy Palermo or a short taxi ride. Not sure how far central historical Buenos aires is or the ease of getting there from this area. The staff were lovely, attentive & spoke English. Breakfast was a good 'perfectly formed' continental selection in buffet style in a small dining modern minimalistic area and patio. Very fresh & enough to choose from. The bedrooms were large modern & well appointed with a balcony. Bathroom modern & a good shower too! Lovely start to our stay

If your ages between 30-50 stay here. Staff is great! Pretty reasonable! Also it's in a great location in BA. The neighborhood is what makes this hotel.

Outstanding accomodations and service. Stayed here for two nights after hiking in Peru. What a luxurious treat! Room decor was trendy and modern. Fabulous bedding, luxurious bathroom with a bidet. Super clean and sleek decor. Would be a top flight boutique hotel in US. Breakfast was included and super yummy typical Portenos breakfast with delicious pastries, ham and cheese, cereal and endless coffee. Much better than a stateside breakfast. The best was the staff. Laurato in particular was very helpful. Suggested a fantastic restaurant Rue 22 where we had steak, wine and were sent a bottle a champagne. Front desk helped me endlessly secure taxis, suggest restaurants, places to walk and things to see. Wish all hotels were this homespun and welcoming. A five star stay!
