Nice place in the very heart of the exclusive Zona Rosa. Colonia San Benito is a very convenient location where everything you might need can be found at the corner. The hotel room was quite small though. Good for one night but better think twice for a longer stay. Villa Florencia has a "brother" hotel, with the same name. Be sure to ask the taxi to take you to the San Benito Villa Florencia. The other one is a hostel, in crowded downtown.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. I am always satisfied with their service. Staff are very helpful and hospitable. Rooms are small but clean. There is no safe though for my important belongings in the room that was given to me. The bathroom amenities are very limited. One small soap and small bottle of shampoo/conditioner. Also, I was given one regular and one small towel. The bed is comfortable, and I was supplied with two pillows, but I also got a reserved one from the cabinet. Air-condition works well. Wi-Fi signal is good. Hot water in the sink and shower is good. The hotel is located in a safe area of the city and there are a lot of restaurants around. In house breakfast is not that impressive. But considering all the good points, I will stay in this hotel again and recommend it for Expedia travelers.

Great location

One thing that need a lot off attention is the AC the room that I stayed in did not work well, another thing I did notice is there is not enough outlets to charge the phone and other device.

The hotel was great, centrally located and clean.

Love this property and it is located across the street from the dollar store. Also it is very much in walking distance to a few shopping spots such as Bambu City center and Presidential Plaza. Easy access to fast food places such as Denny's, Wendy's and Pizza Hut also with a lot of local restaurants near by. Also two museums are in walking distance. Zona rosa is a safe area and very accessible.

We stayed here for three days it was comfortable, all staff were very friendly, good breakfast and cleanliness at its best but only problem we had was loud music from nearby bar or disco.

Super with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast options were great. The hotel was in a very convenient area like I could literally walk to everything.

For the price this is a very affordable option. It is very centrally located and the area is extremely safe and walkable with plenty of dining options. Though the rooms are very small and amenities few, the value for price is there. I have stayed there many times.
