Staff and service was great. Breakfast was better than local diner so we ate at hotel each am for rest of stay. Only con was the indoor pool. Very uninviting.

I thought it was a very clean nice property but first impression was a disgruntled staff member who was rude. We asked for recommendations she didn’t even offer help. She said she didn’t know. It was my son’s bday and she didn’t even say happy bday. Not that she had to but just want to make her disposition clear. She shouldn’t work in hospitality. The day we checked out, those lady’s were super friendly! The room was clean, the hotel had a bad smell to it.

The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and everything we wanted. The room was comfortable, but the pillows barely functioned like pillows. Desk was out of water when we wanted to purchase some. Staff was very friendly and kind, and welcomed us wonderfully.

Very new and clean. Loved having a full kitchen. Sewer gas smell in the lobby was unpleasant.

Great hotel. The weather was bad, my only complaint, an inside smoking area. Thats just a suggestion. Every other aspect of stay, was on point. Great room, with full kitchen. Breakfast buffet, included. Very clean & quiet. Friendly, polite, staff. My wife & I, definitely going back.

There were a few things needing repair. The shower door wouldn't close unless forced at bottom. Bathroom sink had low pressure and no cold water. Tv in bedroom didn't get all the channels that other tv received. Bedside clock could not be set for time but could be set for alarm. We stayed in Grand forks, ND and it was almost identical. Breakfast was pretty good and different each day.

Property brand new. In fact construction going on in several areas including the third floor. As we stayed on the fourth floor it wasn't an issue. However construction crews were everywhere.
The room was clean and airy with a good A/C as it was over 100 degrees on both days. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it appeared well equipped for longer stays including a full size refrigerator.

Property was filthy. Hair in the shower, at least 6 different pieces. They are supposed to refund our money. We checked in and immediately checked back out.
