Great hotel, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was plentiful and well planned out, the bed was very comfortable, decent-sized bathroom with great amenities, and nice opening windows onto the street which provided a great atmosphere. Great location near the main shopping malls, and metro stations - great location - I've found my 'Paris' place to stay - will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Excellent location. The first two days the elevator was not working, front desk staff kindly lifted our bags up to the room as we checked in.

Cute hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are very hard and our room was too hot even with the windows open (in the winter they only have the heat on). Great location though!

Hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping and metro. Staff was helpful especially Nicki. No huge frills. We stayed in the top floor suite and it was nice! Overall very happy with the stay.

Cute hotel and very well placed for shoppers. Easy to access. The superior rooms are soooooo small. Two suitcases and we were lacking walking space. You can hear the metro every time it passes. Front desk somehow friendly… I’m not sure, they were helpful but no smiles at all. In service that’s impolite I would say. Anyway, don’t think I’d stay there again.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The room and size exceeded our expectations. The location is great being walkable to many places. Metro close by. Staff are fantastic and speak English very well so asking questions is not a problem. We had a lovely welcome note and bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. We would stay again without hesitation so that sums it up well…. Thank you very much!.

We appreciated the location, as we could walk to restaurants and the museum district. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning was very appreciated during the heat wave.

Hotel was small, elevator was not working most of the time. The hotel was sold as a regular hotel. However it was very small more like a boutique style property. I wanted to leave hotel refused to give a refund. I did contact Expedia to complain but no solution was provided. I would not recommend this property

Had a great stay at this property. The room was very small but it's ok as it was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The location of the hotel is also very well situated. Walkable everywhere.

Stayed here for three nights. Really liked this hotel. The staff were friendly to deal with and the rooms were very nice. It's in a great location that's only a short walk to attractions like the Louvre and Gallery Lafayette. Would recommend to anyone looking to do a city break in Paris.

Dirty cups with coffee stein in it. Very very small, compared to my second 4 star hotel, it was much worse. Strange smell in checking hall.

It was an amazing few days in Paris . Hotel is excellent, clean great location . Staff very helpful and friendly. Not cheap but worth paying. 10/10.

Positives:
Great location in the city center with metro stops and airport bus nearby. Room size was spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet. The room was generally clean during the stay. Service was variable depending on the person in the reception. One of the receptionists on the evening shift was extremely helpful. He helped us call the airport as our luggage arrived late and supply items we were lacking in the meantime like a phone charger.
Negatives:
Wifi was pretty much unusable and when asking the receptionist about the issue we only received a phone number to call. Air conditioning didn't cool the room sufficiently so we needed to have the window open. The cleaning was generally good, but we wish they would restock and clean used items like instant coffee and glasses instead of waiting a day or two.
All in all we had a good stay and we were particularly happy with the great location.

The only complaint would be the noise from the streets and the vibration from the metro when it passes underground and if you happen to be on the lower floor. It’s an issue if your a light sleeper only.

Hotel is quiet, located close to Concorde, Oprah, and metros. Room is small (like most in Paris), but is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Ill stay there again.

The room size is very small and doesn’t feel comfortable. Can’t move with two suitcases and as a couple, unable to move around the room. Didn’t feel like it’s was a 4stars hotel, with a tiny lift couldn’t fit two people and suitcases. Good location overall!

It is very small but managed as if it were a much larger property -- staff always at the ready, for example -- noting too hard for them to handle !
