My family and I love to stay at the hotel,the staff is marvelous very respectful and they go above and beyond,specially Luis that works in the restaurant and Mario that works in the front desk. To upper management I noticed in the past two years the building has been declining, examples no phone service,towels getting old ,television,pool area and you need to have a dresser. Our wise its perfect we will still stay there because the staff is wonderful!!

The hotel and staff are wonderful. My only complaint is they do not have refrigerators in the guestrooms unless you get a suite. And of you have a car, parking is very challenging! Theres no parking lot or garage, only street parking. Breakfast was really good and inexpensive. Overall we enjoyed our stay, its very convenient to restaurants and Centro.

Great little place walking distance to Paseo Montejo and to the CMA Hospital. A little dated and worn, but comfy bed, hot showers, and the price was great.

The service and personnel are always great as they are always willing to help. The hotel is three blocks Ways from Santa Ana market where you can taste local food (highly recommended). Paseo Montejo, whete the hotel is located, is a must to visit and walk on, you enjoy restaurants, bars on the street.
Merida is amazing city to visit.

The hotel is a little bit aged, but for the location at a quite descent price/value. Definitely worth the price for staying two or three days in Mérida. I would not book again the very limited breakfast via Expedia though.

The hotel was ok, but the photos make it look excellent and it is not. The bathroom was minuscule. You literally had to open the door halfway, squeeze in, then close the door to get to the toilet. The shower head leaked and the spray went everywhere. The bed was ok, but there was no blanket. The air conditioner made the room ice cold but without it, it was very hot. The hotel info said free self parking, but it was on the street if available. The location was excellent and the price was good, but there are better hotels in the same area.

Pool was dirty, uninvited and unappealing,bathroom by the pool dirty, no mini fridge in room , no drinking water . More of a one or two night hotel instead of family vacation type of hotel . Friendly staff,cordial and professional. Beautiful location near downtown, I will say maybe to provide bottle water to guests, keep up cleaning and maintenance in pool area to make it more appealing for families be my only suggestions.
