This place is a kids paradise, so much going on for them and the "animators" are like pied pipers, especially Eric who is an absolute natural in controlling large groups of children. The local area is beautiful too if you enjoy a good trek.

There is a lack of staff, bar frequently unattended and other employees running around covering various things at the same. As the bar is generally unattended the tables are not cleaned or disinfected regularly. I do not blame the staff for this as they are clearly understaffed. Cleanliness could be better in the restaurant too, plates, coffee machine and definitely under the toaster area..just an observation. Dinner buffet price at 18euros per adult plus 10euros for kids then asking money for water is very steep, considering what we got every night thereafter in the pueblo.

The entertainers were really good and very attentive with the kids

The room service, they took a away 2 personal plastic cups. Luckily we found the lady that was cleaning the rooms fast to get them back (from the trash). The room didnt appear properly clean when we entered and also we had to complain about a obiously leaking soap recipient as the soap was all over the sink. It got fix after we complained. Also from the room you could hear anything which it isnt great when you want a baby get to sleep. ie: a dog barking for an hour.

If you want your kids to have fun it is the prefect place. The food is also good, stuff very involved and helpful. Excellent place for short getaway with children.
