Great experience since the arrival until the end, friendly staff welcoming and holding our luggage... the apartment was big with great views to the river and the bridge. Very quiet environment even for a centrally located property. Full equipped.

We were only there for 2 nights but it was a great place to stay. Conveniently located by numerous shops, pubs, restaurants & sights.

Poor communication with customer service. We booked a king bed and were given an apartment with a queen bed, when I called customer service they told me that the queen bed is considered a king size in Europe lol, every other property we have stayed at (3 others) all had actual king sized beds. They would not accommodate this in any way. There is no air conditioning in the apartment and it is hot and stuffy even with windows open on 68 degree days, making it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep for our entire sta, the one fan that was provided was dirty and did nothing to help. The elevators were broken for half of our stay so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage multiple times. There was absolutely no housekeeping even though I was told by customer service that our towels would be replenished daily, garbage would be emptied daily, and things such as toilet paper and tissue would be replenished daily. I do not recommend hotel.

Great unit and first level offered us great balcony overlooking the river. Located in the heart of Inverness, it really allowed us enjoying walking around.

We booked and paid for the largest luxury apartment with a king size bed and they put us in a much smaller apartment with either a full or queen size bed. We couldn’t reach them when we arrived. Hotels.com couldn’t reach them either. At the end, they gave us a$100 discount for our entire stay which was much less than what we would have paid for the smaller room. This was not a good experience.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Highlands apartment and loved it. The apartment was a little tricky to find as there are many fire doors to go through but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We booked an executive, one bedroom at the beginning of June. The location was so amazing, walkable to everywhere, including train station. Our room had a castle view and river view from the balcony. There is not AC but two portable fans available. Beds were firm, but still comfy. Robes and slippers are available for lounging around. On the ground floor and right next door is a fun bar called Gellions. Live music is played every night but does not end until 3 or 4 am. So if you tend to go to bed early, the noise may keep you from restful sleep. I would highly recommend this place and would also consider staying here again if ever I were in Inverness.

The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again.

Great property. Very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, best location and views of the Ness River. Only issue was that we didn’t get confirmation of our early check in request in advance and when arriving to the property we couldn’t get in and there was no one we could leave our luggage with, unlike what we had been told. Thankfully the restaurant next door were quite nice and let us wait there until we received a text confirming early check in not long after we arrived but it would have been better to know in advance whether it was a yes or a no, and what to do with the luggage if answer was negative. Aside from this the property was great!

Nice view. Great location. A bit of a hassle getting into the parking garage or logging in to the internet.
A three mile ride to the grocery store required if you want to cook a proper meal. Provided decaf tea, nespresso pods, and milk. No salt, pepper, or cooking oil. Easy walk to restaurants.

Amenities were amazing! 1-1/2 baths, full kitchen, washer (no dryer, but we used their drying rack), plus a balcony with a city view. There was also a living room with a huge couch and a dinette table. This was a great deal!

This apartment was centrally located. The owner very helpful and friendly. The property is a little old but quiet and comfortable. I booked this place based on the pictures shown and the espectacular view to the city and the river; however. My apartment didn't have a view and the balcony was not appealing at all. But it is well located. Inverness is not a breathtaking tourist attraction

This was one of the nicest places we stayed in all of Scotland. The views of the river and city were amazing from our room. Huge living space. Super easy to access all grocery, dining, shopping, museums, bars, etc. Like all 1-2 mins away walking. The hosts were amazing. Very accommodating! Parking was extremely good indoors also. Can't thank you guys enough. We loved it!

Great except the first night we ran out of hot water when multiple people had to shower. Once we figured it out, we were fine. The apartment had everything we needed including very thoughtful extras like coffee, teas, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Fully equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer and they give you dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. They even have an airer. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary milk in the fridge was quite good as well.

We had an amazing stay despite the weather. There was a broken hinge on one of the kitchen cupboards I reported issue as I didn’t want held responsible for damage and molly sent us a lovely basket for breakfast which was totally unexpected and a nice gesture

Family trip to Inverness with two young kids. The property was spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. You are in the town centre and have fantastic views of the river ness.
We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location with beautiful view of the river from the very, very large balcony. Only snafu was on the day of leaving that the elevators and garage door weren't working and it delayed our departure by 1 1/2 hrs. Not an issue with the apartment, more with the building management.

A return visit for us albeit not for a few years. It was just as fab as our previous visit. Very clean, quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We had a couple of very minor issue’s which didn’t impact on our 2 nights stay. We will be back.

Great space! Huge apartment with two bedrooms, large living area, great little kitchen, and large outdoor balcony. We were here in December, but I bet it’s awesome in warmer weather. Castle and canal view, and incredible restaurants and shopping just out the door. Three notes, check garage parking ahead of time and get very specific directions. Not easy to find using gps only. Very firm mattress, but slept great. Lastly, there was a subtle nightclub beat that we heard only once we laid down to sleep. Might not be best for light sleepers or the easily distracted. Great spot for us, definitely recommend.

Excellent property. Very handy for shopping and for the theatre. Very comfortable and spacious. Very clean and well equipped.
Only negative it was noisy on Saturday night as a night club quite close at hand.

I liked where it was situated in the heart of inverness. Shops and restaurants close by. The only issue i had was the noise from nightclub and karaoke bar late at night til 3 in the morning at weekend which made it hard to sleep

Well presented and appointed apartment in a very central location with a great view. Easy stroll from the train and bus station, half hour drive to the airport.

Wonderful apartment over Bridge Street with a direct view of Inverness Castle. Extremely clean! Fresh milk was a nice detailed touch. Having a king size bed was very accommodating. The binder with instructions for appliances was excellent as we are from the U.S. and appliances are different. October is an excellent time to visit as the temperature is perfect for propping open the window and balcony door. Managing hundreds of units in Florida myself I am taking with me several ideas from Mansley to provide our own guests a more quality stay. Thank you Molly and Team!

A very modern apartment right in the centre of Inverness, this property felt luxurious and comfortable, and was good value for the price.
The location is great, walk to anywhere within a few minutes, and you have a good view out over the river. Security and parking were good too.
