Staff was horrible breakfast included and they still charged for the milk for th coffee

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel, but by midnight, there was a major electrical issue. The elevator filled the hallway with smoke and began operating erratically, opening and closing while the power flickered. I grabbed my belongings and left the fourth floor room I was in as quickly as possible. Eventually, the lights went out completely, and smoke filled all the floors. All of us guests requested a refund, but the manager refused, leading to a situation where some guests were ready to fight. The manager raised his voice and displayed a complete lack of professionalism towards the guests. He even told me at 3 a.m. that I had already enjoyed my stay. I had booked through Expedia, which tried to contact the hotel to approve the refund, but the hotel never responded. Now, Expedia says I won't get a refund. Even the firefighters had to come to assist a handicapped guest trapped in his room on the upper floors. I left the place around 4 a.m., never having slept because the situation was that dangerous.

Very good location near zonal la colonial many things eround but the hotel is run-down not very clean visual mold all over-the-top too many broken down items inside the establishment renovation needed but tge staffs very friendly and helpful uf help needed.

Let’s start of by saying that I rented a room for two people and they gave me the smallest room in the hotel , you can’t barely walk in the room the bathroom was literally like arm reach from the bed . the room door had a a crack on it , when i notified the front desk they didn’t do anything about it so basically anyone can look in my room . Second you will get the same breakfast everyday , cold ham and cheese sandwich and if you get there early enought you’ll get damn scrambled eggs . the coffee is really small and if you want more there is a charge . I asked for sunny side eggs and they told me there was an extra charge and when i told them it was the same thing as if they making scramble eggs and they literally told me no unless i paid extra . IF YOU STAY HUNGRY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A PLATE . When they cleaned my room they took my cover and they never gave it back to me , when i when to the front desk to ask for it they gave me an extra blanket, I told them i didn’t want a blanket i want the covers and they told me that the hotel was full and they didn’t have one for me . that was annoying. the wifi is horrible. The only nice thing they have there is the pool which is in a heart shape . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

The staff provide average service, but the condition of the hotel was not great: the room was 3 out of 10, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy, there was not room service to clean the room and do the bed, the pool was 3 out 10.

I dont recommend nobody this cheap hotel. Staff is very unfriendly THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH.., wifi doesnt work I had to buy a local card for data and to communicate with family. The tv had only 1 channel.. No roomservice during our stay... NEVERRRR EVER AGAIN TO THIS RENACER HOTEL

Pleasant staff and cooperative. Have visited numerous times. They should give up on trying to establish a Restaurant. Breakfast is dreadful. They should keep the cafeteria near the pool for beer, etc. and light food. Security is good, feel safe and is in a great area. Carlos the manager runs a tight ship.

Pretty cool spot, the hotel is nice and clean. The pool was my favorite place to be and the staff are amazing. Will defenitely be back soon.

Horrible experience staff was extremely rude. Didn’t see housekeeping once you have to ask for the service. Asked for new towels and never received it and the list goes on. Very unfortunate to have experienced such a poor service

The pictures that they have here in Expedia are not the reality of the hotel,and the rooms neither,really ugly and not pool view like they say when you book,same breakfast every day and really bad service,cleaning and staff I don’t give the even 1 star,not stay there again

I have stayed in this property a few times since 2021. I stayed here a few days ago and i had a bad experience. I reserved a double room for 2 adults and was given a super tiny room with a tiny bathroom that I could barely fit in. It was literally a box. I had paid in advanced. I requested a room change. They said I had to wait until the next day at 12pm. It was dirty and the shower curtains were filthy. The pool had too much Clorox. Very unsanitary. I ordered same food I ordered the other times I stayed, and was given something else. I was very disappointed . The manager at this hotel has a nasty attitude. I will not come back ever again. There are better options out there!!

People are nice but the water sometimes slow and no hot water. a lot of roaches and mosquitoes in the room we had to spray them. Swimming pools water pump underneath doesnt work in order to make the pool clean. The only good thing is it is close to some places like the cathedral, the nacional palace of the president and some restaurants.

Buen hotel

Water didn't work well. Had to wait to get water. Wifi was spotty.

The manager is so nice but the rest on the employees are not, stayed there for 6 days and never change my bed sheet I did requested and they ignored me same with the towels I had to go and ask for them. Employees don’t even say Good Morning only the manager no vendor machine in case of any snack or water bottle emergency in the middle of the night. The bathroom was horrible water coming from the top I did explain that many times no one fix it it was water all over the bathroom I had to used a towel to dry the floor.
