Manager was veery helful . Did have a sign in office stating Pool spa was not operating . This should be put on the booking site as well as people need to know before arriving .

Could clearly hear people coughing & talking in units either side. Definitely need better sound proofing. Bed very hard, difficult to sleep on.

This property would have been lovely back in the day but it was run down & very unclean! Three bugs on our bed, marks & filth on the sheets made us question whether they had been washed. Layers of dirt & dust behind the drawers. It pays not to look. Reception smelt of a mix of garlic & cat wees. Cats feeding outside the reception

This motel was convenient for us for the event we attended on Saturday night but is in bit of a need for some TLC with missing screws on window latches and curtains fraying.

The stay was last minute and more than sufficient for our needs. Kitchenette was very handy too but don't park under tree unless you like bird kaka on vehicle.

Easy access, free parking, kitchenette so can do own cooking, close to central city but not walkable. An affordable place to stay. Have stayed a few times.

The deluxe spa unit is great ! Bit tired looking but very functional.

A number of aspects of the appartment were unacceptable bed lights not working ; shower was unusable the rose was swinging around and could not be stablised; microwave was extremely old was completly rusty inside, and the back had started to fall off luckily it did not work ,as this item was public danger as far as using it for food. ,beds were old and totally uncomfortable . told them so verbally and by email got no comment from manager or owner

Very basic equipment for the room (no common areas available) and expensive for what it offers.
Making the beds consists of pulling the covers and more or less reestablishing the position of the pillows.

Sadly altho staying 4 days no full service. Given some towels at door first morning after reporting bulb missing above bed. This was quickly replaced. Second morning a bed was made and a tea towel appeared so we cld do dishes. A noisy visitor to premises woke us at 2ish earlier second morning with knocking on another unit and calling out. No second rubbish bag once ours was full. No refill of toilet paper once provided paper used.

We could have given a higher rating if the beds had been better. One bed was hard as a rock. The other was a marshmallow. The most important thing in a motel room is the bed!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was a good hotel, and we had no issues. There is on site parking, the wifi had a strong signal, and the room was comfortable, clean and had a nice comfy bed. The spa mentioned when we booked was not working and the laundry dryer worked, but not the washing machine. All the staff we dealt with were polite and helpful.

The spa was tidy. So could not use.. room had cob webs…salt and pepper bottle was rusted … so be nice to get regular checks. Otherwise very friendly staff and accommodating. Place is quite and affordable. Very ideal location.

The place has what you need and is well priced. Walls are thin, so you hear the neighbours a bit. Some attention to minor repairs, eg window latch, blind would help, but the major things were fine.

The hosts were kind in changing our room due to maitenance taking place.
The road noise is very loud. And we felt the room definitely needed some love with curtain pieces hanging, paint drops in places.
