Cheaply made and poorly maintained budget hotel. Had medication stolen from my room while I was out.

Overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the affordability of the hotel, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. I found the breakfast options to be limited and would suggest adding small pastries or muffins to enhance the variety. Some mornings I didn’t have time to sit down and eat breakfast every morning so if I could grab a muffin and head out, that would have been awesome. Additionally, I was disappointed that the pool was not open for the first two nights of my stay, which affected my overall experience. Finally, the fact that one of the elevators was out of service caused delays, as I often had to wait 5 minutes or longer to use the elevator. I hope these suggestions help improve future guests' experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Our first trip to Texas and we stayed at Hyatt House. The hotel was small and the elevator is the slowest that I have ever experienced! Aside from that everything was very nice. The king rooms are smaller than what we were used to. They were otherwise well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and all around pleasant. The breakfast was the icing on the cake! Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit and juices. Walking distance to Dallas cowboys training facility; many restaurants in walking distance and shopping everywhere. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Love the location close to everything. Very clean a major plus, staff was friendly except one she really needs to work on her customer service. Will be rebooking in the future. One side note I didn't like that they charge for daily parking the room rental is enough to cover that.

This will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area!! The only inconvenience was the parking fees, but everything else about the hotel trumps that, so it was t really an issue.

Housekeeping did a terrible job every day. We never received a full towel replacement on any of the five days we stayed. Coffee was only replenished on our 5th day. We had to go to the lobby every day for towels and coffee. The hotel itself was amazing, but service will stop us from using it again.

I never got the opportunity to stay in my room. I couldn't check in on the scheduled date and was refused my room the day afterwards. The representative stated that they have a no show policy. I told him that I was on my way to enjoy my room but the representative told me that my room is no longer available to me and is occupied by another guest. I called back and was told that they may give me some of my money back and also left a message on the managers voicemail but noone has responded. I was charged $560 for a room that I didn't get the opportunity to enjoy.

Our room was noisy because of the air conditioning unit. I asked to be moved or to see what could be done about the noise. In the morning I spoke to the front desk staff and they said they will get back to me, but never did. I called the front desk again since I didn't hear from them. The person I spoke to said there was a room across from our room (511) that I can look at when I return to the hotel. When I checked with the front desk I was told that room wasn't available since it was occupied. I felt that the service from the front desk staff was not up to par.

Top notch staff! Entire hotel was clean and seemed new. Breakfast was great with made to order omelets as well as a good selection of other foods. Bed was comfortable and we got good rest. Loved this place and we would definitely stay here again.

I loved it, i just wish they had more breakfast options (i.e. pancakes, waffles, vegan options, etc), but what they had was good enough. They nake you the omelet on the spot.
Pool was clean and not too cold. Gym was kept clean. Room was amazing. I dont think my room got cleaned the 2nd day I was there, but thelat was fine since it was my last night.

Staying in this hotel felt more like renting a condo. We had a 1-bedroom king suite. They had great service and we were overall pleased with the room. The room was large and fully equipped with everything needed. Breakfast hit the spot as well. We would definitely stay here again!
