Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that need to be improved, the tv only had cable with a few Brazilian channels, we couldn’t even stream a platform to watch something else since it wasn’t a smart tv. The AC did not properly so the room always felt warm. I missed a second little trash bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. Room was small but this was expected. The mattress is a sort of a thin pad and doesn’t give you that comfort feeling when you are at a hotel.

Stay was perfect since front desk to all employees. But the only big defected from hotel is the windowns on 12 floor and others, not kid friendly. Easy to have catastrophic accidents . Should be locked windows for safety of kids. I had my son and i was scary all the time

Very friendly and helpful staff

O quarto é confortável e limpo. Oferecem uma opção de compra à parte do café da manhã, para quem não inclui na reserva do quarto, com um valor razoável. O café da manhã deles é excelente!!O bar fecha em determinado horário, mas os atendentes da recepção podem te ajudar se você precisar de algo. O único problema para mim foi que o recepcionista não encontrou o saca-rolha do bar e acabei perdendo o vinho que ficou na garrafa, já que no dia seguinte não tinha a rolha para fechá-la.Mas apesar de não ter encontrado, ele não teve falta de vontade, procurou bastante!! Além disso, fez pipoca para mim usando o microondas da cozinha.Não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very nice and there were restaurants and coffee shops that you could walk to which is a big plus in a city like Sao Paulo. Breakfast was very ordinary and can use some improvement.

The Ibis Styles hotel met all my expectations. The hotel is very clean and fresh and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was excellent, with a Peruvian chef and menu. There is also a small little strip mall connected to the hotel which has other options for food, and one place had live music outside. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the wifi was strong. The shower was excellent, with plenty of pressure and hot water. The only minor complaint had to do with the towels. They don't have anything but bath towels, no wash cloths or face towels, and they only provided two of those, so we asked for extra towels given the lack of other sizes. We also had to call down for a towel to go on the floor in front of the shower. But overall the stay was excellent and the hotel is a great value.

This hotel for me is quality location for my business in Brazil

I chose this hotel because it's close to the office, and it was a 2 night stay. It looks new and clean. Breakfast is nice for a quick bite before going out. Rooms and bathroom are small, as expected for an Ibis, but very clean. Water heater wasn't very stable, it kept going cold/hot without much control, but I didn't bother to complain about it. Just one towel. What I didn't like is the noise... I had a couple of very loud neighbors, and I could hear every word they said. Fortunatelly I had a pair or earplugs and that solved the issue. Only 1 english TV Channel (CNN), all the rest is in portuguese... boring for me. The area has a couple of restaurants very close, which makes a nice alternative for a quick meal. The hotel restaurant is nice. Staff is friendly and efficient, in my experience.

If you are from the USA there is no Ibis you are going to like. Ibis is European type of hotels. Under those standards it is a great option.

No complain the hotel is brand new,good breakfast, wifi work fine too good speed. Locaton is perfect if you are planing to got to the Allianz Parque stadium.
