The layout was somewhat confusing, with reception and bar/coffee shop on the tenth floor. Sound insulation was not good so I woke up both nights with the sound of vigorous sexual activity in an adjacent room. Convenient parking and location.

nice and clean. I really enjoyed the free margaritas. easy parking and good food. easy access to Golden Nugget Casino....where we won money :) !!!

There was very little help from staff. Check in was on the tenth floor. A resort fee was charged, not made aware of this fee until we arrived, and the resort amenities weren't available due to it being off season. We won't return.

The location of everything was very confusing. We had to take two different elevators and an escalator to get the the dinning area. That is something that made me say i will not be going back to that hotel. The bed was not comfortable and there was no body wash in the container and the conditioner container was clogged causing it to spray all over the shower wall.

Windows were smeared and so dirty. Sink was dirty when we checked in. Refrigerator was not cold. No microwave in rooms either. No complimentary coffee or water at lobby. The only good thing was the arcade.

We had such a fun weekend at this resort! Melissa at the front desk was very nice and extremely informational. The property was clean, staff friendly, and felt safe. Only complaint was a couple hairs folded within the towels, but no big deal as we called for fresh.

Got 2 free Waterpark passes for getting a king room so that was a nice surprise. The observation wheel goes around 3 times but might stop in midair as other cars on wheel are loaded. It was good but the bed frame was a tad bit on the light weight side for more bigger humans. Decent stay!

Overall it was a great experience for Cruisin the Coast 2024. We were a bit confused when we got there as to where we should check in. However there were hotel employees to guide us to a parking spot and to check in on the 10th floor. They provide luggage karts for you to bring your luggage in with you to check in on the 10th floor. Checkin was quick and easy. Ask for a do not disturb door tag, there wasnt one in our room. Cleanliness is spot on. It is a refurbished hotel. Plenty of things for kids to do. Pool area is great and has a separate adult pool with a swim up bar. Huge game room Like a whole floor, with full service pizzaria. The on site amusement park is nice and it has some rides I've never seen. Plenty of parking. No beach onsite. I don't think the room had a microwave, but did have coffee maker and a fridge. Oh and a blow dryer. Very friendly staff. Plenty of hot rod vehicles on site from owners that stayed at hotel, giving everyone an on site car show. We will stay there again.

Great stay. We didn’t know the paradise pier would be closed. The only reason I booked there was for the Ferris wheel and it was sadly closed. Also, no hot tubs

All good except the shower. In order to have any decent water pressure, the water was scalding hot to the point that no one could shower… We did not discover this until we were ready to shower and get dressed for our day, so we had to take showers with very minimal water, pressure, barely dripping on us, in order to get ready for our day.

Convenient, comfortable stay!

The room was so dark and the bathroom lighting was horrible. No soap, half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Screaming kid next door. Our 1 lamp’s bulb blew, but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it. Safe didn’t lock. The overall hotel experience and staff was was fine. Shower floor needed a good scrubbing.

Property is showing its age. Service is sub-par. Lots of waiting for check-in and the elevators. Oh, and quite possibly the worst Margarita ever; Cup of saltwater.

Not completely the hotels vault, but our neighbors were SO loud at all hours. Their kids were trying to get through the adjoining door, screaming, slamming doors, and running/stomping. We called the front desk and asked for a different room. They didn’t offer any kind of assistance. They just told us nothing else was available. They said they’d send someone to our neighbors room, but they only followed up once. Our neighbors were screaming for hours when we checked in at 4, again around 11 that night for about another hour and then bright and early around 5 am. Will not be back to stay here for a parent’s getaway. We loved the fact they had an arcade because we are not regular casino people, but the fact the front desk didn’t offer any other help with our issue ruined it for us.

It was very quiet, relaxing me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very nice. And I mean everyone we came in contact with was very nice and kind I love it. We will be coming back.

I was disappointed that I didn't have a room on an upper floor. According to the parking garage (not many cars) there hardly seemed to be many folks there. She assigned me a room on the 12th floor (out of 20?) and towards a corner of the parking lot, with little to no view south. I attempted to set the alarm clock, when I noticed the button to set it was missing. So, I contacted the fron desk and asked for a wake up call. She somewhat curtly said, "We don't do that." I responded by telling here the alarm clock was broken. There was about an 8-10 seconds of silence, with nothing from her, not so much as an apology, or that she would have maintenance bring me another radio. I don't know of any hotels that don't have an automated wake up service, probably even Motel 6 has this; if not, their desk clerk would probably call. This was totally unacceptable. After no further response from her I would not be staying at this hotel again. I have a reservation for Thanksgiving for 3 days, but I will now cancel that. Poor guests service.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway. We loved the location and the property. Highly recommend for couples or family.

Had to evacuate from Fl for Hurricane Helene with 2 kids and 2 dogs while my husband stayed behind because he’s a FF/Medic. And to say this Hotel was amazing would be an understatement. From the cleanliness to the amazing and happy staff. For a pet friendly hotel you would not know it being it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The checkin staff are welcoming and we’re so sweet to me being by myself. They went above and beyond.

Let’s of great amenities for the family and close to casino for a little adult time.. you can enjoy family time and also have a great couples outing.

vacation trip was for our granddaughter who is 3 the rides at the resort only included 2 rides she could ride by herself. was Very disappointed

This was just a one night stay but enjoyed the room and the property! We had a too. With a balcony and could see the water. Everyone was very friendly! If we make it back down this way would love to stay again
