Great view of the Potomac River from the the bed. The bar staff really friendly. Room was clean and tidy. The staff was great. I was ask " Any special occasion for my visit" I replied that it was my girlfriend's birthday. Later when we return to the room after being out we found strawberries with chocolate dip and a bottle of wine.

It was amazing! We came for our 14th wedding anniversary and the room had balloons, roses, cake, wine, rose petals, and a card. They really went above and beyond to make our special day even more special!

My stay was from Saturday, September 07 - Tuesday, September 09. Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, with great amenities. Great location to all the attractions in DC. All the staff was friendly, courteous, annd informative, especially Benjamin, the concierge, and Bryan, server in Dockside restaurant.

I suggest that you don't think of it as a 5-star hotel. First of all, it doesn't have the facilities of a 3-star hotel, and secondly, there is no buffet breakfast, and we had booked a room with free breakfast, and after breakfast, they presented us with a bill of 90 dollars, of which only 30 dollars was the cost of taxes, services and fees. . And many other scams. Be careful of your pocket and spend your money on another hotel.

I didnt get much time to spend in the hotel, but for the time i spent I loved it, actually wanted to stay another day. Whenever i come to DC im staying there no where else. I give 5 stars all across this hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations

We had a wonderful weekend stay with my family. The kids loved the pool and we loved that everything was an easy walk away.
Check in was easy, but the person checking us in was not helpful or friendly, and didn’t answer a lot of my questions (especially regarding the resort fee). Carpet in the room was not as clean as we’d expect and there were even coins under the side of one of the beds.

Expensive, but well worth the money, in terms of the service I received, cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. The room I stayed in had a wonderful view of the harbor. The staff is attentive to every need. My gf and I requested a late checkin, and staff honored our request. I was greeted by name upon checkin, and a comment of "we've been expecting you!". The Wharf area has many dining and shopping opportunities. An Uber is always just a few minutes away to travel to the many tourist attractions. There is so much to see and do in the DC area that one weekend visit just isn't enough to accomplish everything. We will return!

Beautiful, clean, quiet and safe hotel. Locate in the Wharf directly on what feels like an upscale boardwalk. Fantastic views from the rooftop pool. Uber pick ups were available within a few minutes. Short easy walk to a metro station. I appreciated the staff generosity in providing water bottles. I didnt like the $30 add-on fee per night (with $15 credit at the bar and mini bar) which felt like a way to drive guests to use the hotel bar and in-room mini bar. But that is the only negative in an all around fabulous stay.

Lovely property. Staff exceptional with the exception of female pool side bartender with a huge attitude both days. I guess paying customers don’t expect that kind of behavior. Only negative the rooftop pool not very clean and questionable adequate chlorination.
