It would have been an amazing trip had not the casino squeaked from how tight the slots were. The rooms and staff were wonderful though.

We booked two rooms both with two beds. It was for my mom's birthday last weekend. My mom and her friends had to hang around and store their belongings in our room until theirs was ready, which was well AFTER check-in. All five of us had to give our driver's licenses to different people four different times. It was a cluster. The frustrating part was people continued to get their keys immediately upon check-in, but we had to wait around. When you pay $643.10 for two nights, you figure you should at least get your 19 hours in your room. They were scrambling and seemed very unorganized.

Everything was very nice. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was that there was no daily maid service available. We had to call for clean wash cloths and towels, as we stayed for 5 nights.
The room was great, the restaurants were great, and the staff was very friendly and professional.
I will be back next time I'm in town.

When paying for a luxury hotel I don’t appreciate the fact that they are still not servicing rooms. I think they should at the very least pick up dirty towels every day and replace with fresh towels and necessities (soap, tissue,etc). We had to take the time each day to call for towels and supplies. We stayed several days so our garbage was full. We emptied garbage and chased down room service for supplies.

The hotel is overall lovely. They have gone to wall pump toiletries, which i don't particularly care for. The only other beef i have is i feel like a week is too long to go without any kind of housekeeping. With that being said, staff was mostly friendly, rooms are very spacious and the view was beautiful.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent and the room was top notch. I would definitely recommend it and intend to stay there again

Air ventilation for room is smoky, filter has not been changed. Security hassle you for ID and room key even before you get into elevator every ti.e you want to go to your room.

I was being harassed because of my service animal asking me alot of personal questions. I Told them you're not allowed to ask me what services my animal provide to me. I have all of my documents from my doctors but i was told they didnt need to see my statement from my doctor.I was standing there for a long time waiting for a manager and she ask me also what service my animal provide for me. My dog have on a esa vest and esa tag on her. I checked in with my animal with no problem but was harassed gping to my room and was denied going to gambling area.

The luxury when we walked in was breathtaking. The courtesy and professionalism was executed upon registering for our hotel accommodations ,
The reward counter clerk was so pleasant & fun . The casino was beautiful, service at every turn , food there was delicious .
We hated that our one night stay ended .

I lobe this resort. All the Staff was exceptionally nice. Everything was beautiful and clean. Dinning was amazing, room service included. Casino waa clean, fun, and drinks were great. Cant wait to return!!

We had a great weekend getaway! The hotel is very clean and modern. Great for the price. The rooms were very clean and I LOVE the floor to ceiling windows!

The room was nice as were the staff members with which I dealt. From the valet who took my car (Amber), to check-in (Gigi), the nice security folks (Glenda and Ronald), and the wonderful folks at the restaurants there; it was a nice experience.

Our room was excellent. Glenda with security was very helpful. The pool could be a little more inviting. I know this isn’t necessarily a family-friendly place but it seemed like it would be when I booked it and there didn’t seem to be many family friendly options of things to do.

Easy access to my hotel room.,and the elevators were clean and fast.I like the fact that you had to show security your id,and room number before proceeding to elevator,and heading to your room.It made me feel so safe.Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

The property is very grand and over the top(in a good way) inside! We were very surprised at how nice it was! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that might be viewed as negative is that there is no microwave to warm up your delicious leftovers from the restaurants! Not a big deal though. Everything was clean. The rooms, lobby, casino areas, all spotless! We were very pleased.

We booked this hotel as an overnight between Alabama and Louisiana. The location was a bit odd and not near other hotels. The smell of sewage/dirty water and cigarettes was overwhelming throughout. Since we stayed with our kids, we were glad to use the pool and mini golf. It was frustrating that on the main level, we couldn't bring our kids to use the restroom anywhere besides our guest room, due to the casino floor. This is understandable but frustrating. The pizza restaurant and cafe were both excellent. We wish mini golf were open later.
