Super convenient to beach, pool, and tennis courts. Gorgeous views from balconies. The kids loved the bunk room and the master was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed how well stocked the place was from the kitchen to the beach toys and chairs. Made it so much easier with kids. We'll be back!

Cissi was great to deal with. The house was in a great location and slept my family of 8 very comfortably. The house came fully stocked with all needs for the kitchen and lots of games for the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Pensacola area!

It’s right on the beach and the house itself is an amazing layout with great views. We loved being able to wake up and walk straight out to the beach. Cissi provided her phone number if we had any questions or concerns and was very helpful with everything!

My family loved this property! It looked exactly like it is pictured. Beautiful and very clean! It was very comfortable for us. Everyone loved their bed. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We felt that we had our section of the beach to ourselves. Cissi had everything that we needed in the garage. We did not have to take anything for the beach. We did not need to contact Cissi for anything while we were there, but before and after our trip she was great. I have no doubt she would have been available if we needed her. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family and friends had the best time staying at this property!!! The photos and description are spot on - everything was exactly as we expected when we got there in person. The walk to the beach is very short (only takes a little over a minute), and it feels very secluded! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time! The property owner was wonderful and very responsive. Everything was extremely clean too, which is a huge thing for me! One of the best parts was having a fully stocked garage - everything you would need or want for the beach could be found in the garage! It was so helpful not to have to pack those items. Would definitely book another stay here! 10/10!

It was nicely decorated home on the beach. It was clean in a nice community. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again when we go back to Pensacola Beach.

Wonderful villa located in a very quiet area. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Pool was good sized and clean. House was well maintained and spacious. Property manager was helpful and easy to access. Would go again.

Absolutely Beautiful! The condo was exactly what we wanted. Private Beach and Pool right at your footsteps. Garage is packed with anything you could possible need for the beach or pool. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and would have been room for even more. I searched for almost a month before finding this place and I’m so glad I did. We will definitely stay here when we come back next year. Everything is so convenient. All the best places to eat and shop are just a couple miles down the road. This place is amazing! Cissi is very quick to respond if you need anything. We were all very pleased. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place was amazing. Would def rent again. Had everything we needed plus more. So close to beach and pool. Only compliant was frying pans were hard to clean. Other than that it was excellent.

Very well appointed beach house. Short walk to the beach. The Beach was never crowded. Pool was close and clean. The Ice machine saved trips to buy ice for coolers. The house is within walking distance to a great restaurant. The owner was very good with communication. The sectional in the living room created great comfortable seating. We have rented homes up and down the gulf coast and this was one of the best.

Our stay was PERFECT, and Cissi kept us up to date and informed, from first contact to last. Every amenity (both inside and out, including equipment for the beach), was available for a wonderful, relaxing vaca. The property was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we could not have had a more perfect family trip. Thank you, Cissi! We’ll be back.

This was the perfect place for our group. The listing doesn’t do it justice, at all. Cissi was an incredible host and made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. The condo’s location was incredible. You basically walk outside and across a boardwalk and you are on a private beach. The kids loved being able to go between the pool and beach. We had another family with us so the two master suites were nice. And the bunk room with 2 sets of double bunk beds was perfect for the kids. We are already talking about when we can return again!

This vacation house had everything we needed. Very clean! The pictures do not do it justice.. loved how she decorated.. and the books!!!! Just steps from the beach. Pool and tennis court close. I don’t know if it was just the time of year but the beach area was practically empty. You could look to your right and left and see crowds of people far up the beach. If I needed anything she was super quick to answer through texting. The kitchen was fully stocked.. if I had wanted to cook a gourmet meal.. I had everything I needed… IF I WANTED TO. 😉 😂 If we come to Pensacola Beach again.. we will be staying here! If you can’t do steps.. this is not the place for you.. but we had no problem.

Usually you’ll find the pictures overstate the appearance. We walked in and all went, Wow! Very close to Gulf waters and white sand Panhandle Beach. Quiet location near the Reserve. Pool area close. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was outstanding. It was 💯 as advertised. Spacious, beautifuly decorated and well stocked. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, pool and tennis courts. It made for a very comfortable stay with our little ones. Cissi was very easy to get a hold of. Would book again and would certainly recommend.

We could not have been happier with Salty Kisses! The location with both the beach and pool literally outside the door was perfect. It was amazing to give our preteens and teens the freedom to go back and forth all day. They absolutely loved it! Furthermore the beach (and pool many times) felt like our own private area...we were often the only ones there. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. We loved that the garage was full of available beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, everything we could have needed! A nice surprise I didn't expect was a separate wine/beer fridge and icemaker. Perfect. We were a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 girls ages 5 to 17) and it was simply perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in March '23. The house is very clean and well furnished. Having a garage was nice and using the provided beach chairs, tennis rackets, and beach toys was so handy. It's so close to the beach and pool. I loved the ice maker and drink fridge in the laundry room. The bunk room is awesome. We had my family of 5 plus grandparents, but this would also be a good house for 2 families and all the kids could stay in the bunk room. We went out to Ft. Pickens and watched the Blue Angels practice, along with seeing the fort and nice beaches there too. We have never rented the same house twice, but we very well may be back to this one!

We had such a great time! It has the best location. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, and we were right next to the tennis court and pool. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room. They had all of the beach things anyone would need, which was a huge plus for us because we didn't have to carry anything. They also had cards and board games that we enjoyed! We will definitely be coming back!!

This place is incredible! Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked, lots of room, plenty of comfortable seating, everything in working order, everything you would ever want in a VRBO rental! The owners were very accommodating an a joy to work with!!! This place is beautifully decorated, very classy. Having 3 separate bedrooms each with their own bath is such a luxury! The garage is a huge perk for our car since we drove here, but it also is fully stocked with beach supplies! The kitchen has everything you could possibly want! I’m glad I didn’t bring any kitchen supplies from home - which I was considering! The outdoor areas are wonderful. The lower level area with a swing, extra seating, table and grill is perfect for dinner outside! The main floor deck is spacious with plenty of seating. The 3rd floor deck off the master suite has an incredible view! We didn’t use the pool and tennis courts but this unit is right next to them! The boardwalk is a few steps away to get to the most beautiful powder white beach that was not crowded! I would definitely stay here again!!! Just incredible!

Everything about this rental was perfect. Cissi was great with communications. The location is at the end of the beach near Fort Pickens so it is away from the chaos but close enough if you want to go to the core. The beach, pool, and tennis courts are all right there. The kitchen was stocked well enough that we cooked Thanksgiving dinner there. Three separate bedrooms each with private baths were available and one of them had a pair of bunks so if there is a group of kids it works out well. We would definitely stay here again.

I think I might be the first review on this place. FYI--we don't know the property owners, just found it on VRBO as a place to go for Fall Break with our five kids. We loved the place so much!! I'll give you a run down of the things we loved about it (roughly in order of their importance to us): 1--LOCATION--it was 113 steps along a boardwalk from the front door to the beach. This made it ideal for our family--the 4 -year-old could run back to the house by himself if he forgot a shovel, we could trickle out to the beach as people got ready and go back and forth 10 times a day. Location is also fabulous because this area of the beach wasn't crowded. About a half mile down the beach you could see crowds because there are hotel-type complexes, but we had, at most, two or three other families right in front of the house. 2--BIG SPACE--we had seven of us, but the bunk beds were all double beds (I didn't realize this from the listing). The house could sleep 14 people in beds. 3--BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED--it was even prettier than the pictures. I loved the artwork and furniture and brightness of the place. I liked the little touches like sink drain stop with a turtle on it or fish pot holders. 4--Garage stocked full of beach supplies (I wish I had realized this before we came so we didn't use trunk space for beach chairs, buckets, shovels, etc. The garage had about 6 beach chairs, buckets, shovels, floaties, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and I'm not sure what else.) 5--KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING--pots, pans, Cutco knives, casserole dishes, lettuce spinner, etc... 6--GRILL worked great! 7--OUTDOOR SHOWER was warm an wonderful so no one had sandy feet coming inside. 8--NEXT TO TENNIS COURT AND POOL--we only used the pool a couple of times because the ocean is so beautiful and warm, but we played tennis a couple of times every day. I think this unit is the best location in the small complex. 9--THREE STORIES--efficiently laid out. It feels very roomy, we didn't feel on top of each other. 10--FOUR TVS--I'm embarrassed to admit that this was wonderful, but because we have kids from 4 to 18 at one point we had Paw Patrol, Troop Beverly Hills, Jurassic Park and Football playing on different TVS simultaneously. I should've listed this near the top--Cissi, the host, was fantastic! She was very friendly, re-sent me the email when I lost it twice, allowed us to check out late, and had great suggestions of things to do in the area.
