Overall the property was comfortable. But whoever cleans the property doesn’t do a good job at it. The dishes were dirty, the bathrooms weren’t clean good. Some parts of the curtain and toilet paper holder was broken and the sofas in the living room are nasty.

I like the easy way of no keys. I didn't like the fact that i called and left a message and no one ever responded to me. There was a few broken thing's and the sink was clogged

We liked everything about this property except the oven didn’t work. We were unable to get that resolved during our stay. Otherwise a nice pool, house, area, etc.

The shower got cold after 2 people bath, there are not enough pans, the air condition only controle on the second floor, the bedroom on the first floor got really warmed, but the house is good and easy to find.

When we arrived, we were shocked... is this really OUR place?? It was fantastic! Bigger than expected, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, clean, everything looked very new. Communication with the property was great - they responded right away. Grocery, coffee, lots of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to everying Disney. We will absolutely stay here again!

The property looked nice but had hard water stains on the faucet and shower heads. Next, when you run the washer, the ceiling leaks in 3 places. One being a light fixture. I called the number which say to ppress 9 for emerg maintenance, then says mailbox invalid. I emailed and texted.

Overall very nice place. Very roomy so everyone had their own space. Clean. Good location. Comfortable. Supply only one dishamwasher tab and one tab for washing machine. So you have to buy your own as well as toilet paper which was a lottle inconvenient. Our ice maker in fridage didnt work and messaged management and never heard back. Had a hot tub which we assumed was included in the price when we booked only to find out a couple weeks bedore the trip it was an extra 100 (us$) as well as if we wanted to use the bbq was another (65 us $$).

There was a live beetle on the floor of one of the bedrooms. This was communicated with the property and said they would have bug service come out once I left.

First, I would like to say that I really did enjoy my vacation time here at this property. We did not stay on the property during the day because we were visiting the theme parks in the area throughout the day. However, when we did spend time on the property, it was pretty quiet. We did see people spending their time at the pool and/or working out. We did not get a chance to personally check out the amenities on the property. I did visually see the clubhouse, gym, and pool from afar. I also noticed there were other families visiting/vacationing probably for the same reason as our vacation. If I was to change anything about the unit that I stayed in, it would be the repairs and updates of the unit. A fresh coat of paint, deep clean and cleaning of the furniture would be helpful. I can tell that this property unit is stayed in quite often. Overall, the property is pretty nice, and I would stay on the property again. I would like to check out another unit to see the difference from the unit we occupied. The management support for check-in was friendly and helpful. Everything was provided on time, and I was able to reach management with questions during business hours. The service was superb. I would definitely stay at this property again for the next visit. The location of the property is in a nice area close to fast food, restaurants, gas, and Walmart.

We booked SMV 120 for 3 nights in June and we had to leave the morning after checking in. We found bed bugs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs!!! It was a horrible and disgusting experience! The property agreed to a full refund. We will not be staying here again.

This was awful. They double booked us. We showed up in the middle of the night because our flight was delayed to only find out people were already in our room!!! And then we had to spend money for another cab to find another hotel room. So we ended up spending even more money. We have not been refunded still.

Location was perfect - the house was lovely - but the decor was very shabby, dirty, worn - system for disposing of rubbish was awful as the raccoons got at it every time so had to take it to the main bin rather than keep outside - couldn't use outdoor area as it wasn't covered and raccoons came to the property most days - also outdoor area full of weeds - generally needed updating

Beautiful new, clean home. Loved how each room had their own bathroom. Loved the pool and how close it was to all the shops and attractions. Only request is that every home has access to a bbq. We had an amazing stay and thanks to Expedia..our almost ruined trip turned out amazing as the first place we booked(TS Vacation homes) scammed us.

At first glance this property was nice and tidy, and spacious enough to fit our family easily. Unfortunately once we moved in, it became apparent that it was not all as it seemed. I don’t mind reasonable oversights, but this place was roach infested! I also don’t agree with being told the day before check in that amenities such as the bbq and hot tub carry hefty extra price tags. All in all I would not stay again due to these two items.

The unit was clean, pretty and conveniently located to the Disney Parks and Walmart. Plenty of room for 5 of us-2 grandparents, daughter and 2 grandchildren. Steep stairs to lovely upstairs master BR suite and BRs 3&4. Nana and I stayed in downstairs BR with king bed but bath had very little counter/storage space. Well furnished but bring your own wash cloths, salt/pepper, and extra washer and dishwasher pods

This is a really nice property, however the cleaniness was the worse! The sofa had a very foul urine scent that traveled throughout the entire home. I purchased multiple can of lysol spray to illuminate the odor and that was no help at all. The major bedroom shower floor was disgusting. The bedroom blinds were all covered with thick layers of dust. I reported this to management and they were suppose to get someone out address these issues but they didn't. When we arrived the patio door didn't lock, there were missing blinds pieces at the patio door and the living room cable box didnt work. Management quickly addressed these issue but the cleanliness was never addressed. The urine scent on the living room furniture outweighed everything!!!! My family was secluded to the bedrooms the entire time because the scent was so strong.
