The loction was nice and safe. The room was just perfect and immaculate. Breakfast was superb.

Lovely stay, comfortable very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast -loved the idea that you select the items you would like on a card the night before.

The hotel is in a nice quiet part of town. Easy walking distance to anywhere you want to go in Scarborough. The breakfast was top class too. Loved my stay.

I booked the Russell because it was very close to the open air theatre and to say Denise runs it by herself she was a very good host and you can't complain about the breakfast

Lovely location at the top of Peasholm Park, well kept mid century detached. Denise was very helpful and gave us a breakfast early on request. Would stay again.

Definitely recommend this B & B for a family holiday, the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Really nice family environment, board games for the children and a bar for the adults. Will certainly be returning in the future.

Great place ,lovely and clean and modern. Very good breakfast.my only fault was the water pressure of the shower.

Friendly staff and kept clean.. Only a few minutes walk to a pathway that leads down to Peasholm park.

Room was on the small side, but hosts looked after their guests. Service at breakfast was exceptional & young lady was very polite to us.

Nice B&B close enough to the north bay to be able to walk to the beach which we did right by Peasholme park Breakfasts were really nice as were all the staff

the Russel in a quiet location but only 10/15 minutes walk from north bay beach and next door to Peasholm park. very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent cooked breakfast plus cereals . absolutely no complaints and i would be happy to stay at the Russell again.

Amazing stay in Scarborough, location is fab for for the north bay area, peasholme park etc. And walkable into the town or the busier south bay (brisk 20 mins) Guesthouse and hosts are superb and rooms and facilities spot on. Will definitely return.

Excellent service excellent breakfast plenty choice. If I had to find a negative point it would be the pillows were a little hard for our liking but we prefer soft pillows. If I visit again which I certainly would I'd take my own. Thank You to our host.

Excellent position, overlooking parkland and extremely quiet.

Fantastic hotel friendly staff very clean comfortable and located close to most attractions so no need to use your car. Had a fantastic week would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be going back soon.

An absolutely fabulous day and Denise was the perfect host, We won’t stay anywhere else in Scarborough!

We stayed here for two nights. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.The hotel is located on a quiet road at the top of Peasholm Park. It is little walk into town for the restaurants and old harbour, but a shorter walk to the beach at North Bay. We eat at a restaurant called Thai Smile which is a little ‘run down’ but the food is great and good value. There is a lot to do in Scarborough, it has a lot of character. The walks along the coast are fantastic and Ravenscar and Whitby, both great places to visit, are not far away. Would definitely recommend the guest house and Scarborough as places to stay and visit.
