Quick easy spot

Everything was good. The only thing that might be a problem for some is you must walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartments.

Really helpful host peaceful stay quiet room

Overall the stay was good. People booking should realize that there is a shared kitchen area that like all shared areas can get messy. The onsite manager was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright and everything worked.

You had access to a full communal kitchen if your room did not have that. The lobby was spotless, staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Very building was very quiet inside. There is a big supermarket directly across the street as well as a smaller one. What I did not like and the apartment of course, had no control of, was the noise from the street. It is on a very busy street and next to a gas station. St. Maarten has a very bad problem with unlicensed young men on motorcycles and scooters, driving recklessly, passing cars at will at high speeds and revving their engines and doing tricks on the vehicles. The island needs to crack down on this. Then you have the Morons who are blasting their car radios at various times of the day and night. Saying all of this, I would return primarily due to the place being very inexpensive.

The property was very clean and fairly new. The only downside was very high stairs outside to get into building. 3 floor walk everything you needed to go out. Small inconvenience for the really good price.

The guys are super friendly

The property suit my needs. Everyone there were pretty nice. Yosef was very professional, very help and knowledgeable with a very nice attitude. I will definitely come back because of the reasonable pricing and the convenience to Philipsburg. Thanks Yosef for a job well done.

A great value. Spacious room, well-kept facilities. Ultra-friendly and helpful staff. Good access to transportation.

The room was fine. Everything worked well. There was a medium size fridge, good A/C, TV, and internet. Could use a cabinet in the bathroom. The shower was excellent. It looks like the room was renovated recently. It lost one star because of location and the more than 40 stairs that have to be climbed to reach the front door. Considering the cost, there is real value and, in this case, you get more than you pay for.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Dead ants on bathroom sink . Dead mosquitoes and dirt balls in sheets . I asked for new sheets and the man told me they ain’t have no more . Sheets were so dirty I covered myself in my coat for the night . I o my stayed here for one night because I missed my flight the day before and I needed a last minute place . The Indian man was very apologetic the next morning and offered me a free night (not a refund) but why would I wanna stay in a dirty hotel for two nights straight ?. I would never recommend this place and I would never stay here again .

The owner/Manager Yousef and his other employees were super friendly and helpful. They took their time to give me good advice on how to get around in the city and the best places to visit. I had to make an unexpected change in my schedule upon my arrival; they both willingly helped to accommodate my request. Although the area is not in the middle of the most festive and touristic part of town; it’s a short taxi ride from all the lucrative neighborhood. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was great

Yousef and Benvenito, our hosts, were very welcoming and accommodating. My only complaint was that we were not aware of the 45 steps (4 flights of stairs) we had to climb daily. These are outside, so if it rains, the tiles are quite slippery. If one has mobility issues, this may not be your place.

Great location and amazing price

Extremely clean, spacious, close to grocery store and bus stops. Easy check in and check out. Manager went out of his way to make you feel comfortable.

Highly recommend for on a budget trip. Simple, nice and secured with shared kitchenette. Grocery store across the road, nearby atm, gas station and bus stop. Less than 10 minutes ride away from town. Definitely will revisit. Desk help was very helpful. Thanks for everything.

my stay went well. Josuf was exellent

My wife and I stayed here eight nights. For the price, it was well worth it. The two managers were both extremely nice and accommodating with all our requests. The pub across the street (the Rembrandt) was a good plus as was the supermarket directly across the street. Adjacent to the supermarket was a good Dutch/Greek restaurant with low cost prices. In conclusion, if you're coming here for a couple of days, spend the money on a high-end hotel. However, if you are in town for an extended stay as we were, I would recommend it. This is not a place for the elderly or those that are accustomed to pampering. The only other recommendation is that you do need a car, but that's a good thing as it's in a good location to head in any direction on the island.

My stay at the July property was quite pleasant. The front desk person was always friendly and helpful. I had a room with a queen bed that was very comfortable. My room had A.C, a decent size bathroom and a kitchenette area with fridge and kettle. There is a lobby where u can sit and eat with big windows....great safe clean place to stay thats very reasonably priced....just an FYI that you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I think i found my go to place for my visits to St. Maarten.
