Tolles Personal, tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück
Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Weiße gelbliche Plastikeimer im Bad sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auch können die Fugen im Bad erneuert werden. Diese sind schon recht dunkel, teilweise rissig. Ich hatte am Morgen direkt einen Silberfisch im Bad, der mich begrüßte.
An sich nicht schlimm, wieder spiegelt den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten.

Schöne, grosse SPA Landschaft. Vielseitiges Angebot. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Nicht überfüllt.

Die Räume sind schön ausgestattet aber hätten einen Refresh langsam nötig. Leider gab es keine aktive Lüftung oder sie war nicht spürbar. In diesem Jahr finden auch wieder Renovationen statt, was dem Hotel bestimmt gut tut.
Da wir sehr früh am Morgen gehen mussten und uns das Frühstück sehr wichtig war (Teilnahme am Ironman) haben wir uns schon vor der Buchung versichern lassen, ob es very early Breakfast gibt, was uns dann auch bestätigt wurde. Eine Woche vor Check-in nochmals rückbestätigen lassen wegen dem Frühstück und zum dritten mal noch beim Check-in. Abends um 2030 Uhr hiess es, dann es geht nicht - wir bekommen ein "Lunch-Paket". Schlussendlich haben wir dann unser Frühstück bekommen - aber dieser ganze Stress war unnötig, zumal einige Ironman Teilnehmer dort übernachtet haben. Ein sehr reduziertes Buffet ab 0545 Uhr wäre doch was beim nächsten Ironman 2024? Wir brauchen keine grosse Auswahl - nur viel Essen 😀.

especially waleed … waheed was a very helpful and extremely nice receptionist… he was one of the reasons I didn’t want to change the hotel although it was far from city :)

Room very clean. Spectacular view. Room service was amazing. Breakfast very nice with great view. Thank you to the team for making it such a memorable stay. Will definitely visit again soon.
Spa and pool area was clean and enjoyable but some mosaic tiles in the pool was missing.

the hotel not allowed the kids to use the swimming pool it’s only allowed from 7am to 12 pm ,I request an extra bed they charge me 50 CHF and they didn’t bring it , You can hear the voices of the guests in the next room and the room don’t have AC .

Incredible spa, buffet of snacks in the spa area; the bar and Lof Fah restaurant BUT the Sunday Brunch is absolutely amazing!!!!

it’s a gorgeous property, spot, service, quality essentially everything! The only reason why I can’t give full points is because in the heatwave without AC in the room it was virtually impossible to sleep! so we had a beautiful stay with 2 sleepless nights! 😁

The view from the hotel room and especially the excellent spa facilities is unparalleled. The staff is extremely friendly and I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. All in all a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Before come here didn’t quite understand where those high ratings are from. Then after arrival, we enjoyed every minutes of it. Room was lovely (better than their booking listing pics) with fantastic view; snacks were nice at the spa, sunset view at infinity room is even better; breakfast blew us away — this was definitely the highest quality breakfast we had amongst many 4-stars - there were oysters and chocolate fountains..
Zurich lake is totally in front of u, getting to see sunset & sunrise. Also welcome drinks ok 4th floor Thailand bar were lovely

This is an ideal location for rest, relaxation and work.
The spa and fitness facilities are outstanding and offer so much, including refreshments and food.
The Asian junior suite offers spectacular, panoramic views of the Zurich lake. Nespresso machine in room and well equipped mini-bar.
Breakfast room offers a super champagne buffet. The bar is decorated Thai-style with Thai dishes made to order with your drink,if you want a small meal.
I highly recommend this hotel and will return again soon.
