Better cleaning staff, room needs renovation, sound proof from plumbing, carpet on hallways need to get replaced. staffs need to get retrained for better customer service and presentation.

The location was fine not incredible, the mrt station is not far but it's not a very convenient line .

About the room : it was very very humid, there were moisture all around the room, the wall beneath the window and the bathroom were covered of moisture. The towels did not dry in two days. The smell was also bad. I did ask to change of room but they told me that it was the same in every rooms. When I arrived in the room, there wasn't any towels, I had to ask. There wasn't mineral water as advertised on their website and Booking. You have to ask for housekeeping a day before, even though they came once during my whole week stay, they did not change the bed sheets... The ventilator in the bathroom, was making a lot of noise and not really a constant noise. The walls were paper thin, you can hear everything. And just to complete the stay, it costs 28'000 NTD for 7 nights I hated it, do not go !!

the view! Straight to Taipei 101! Many great restaurants nearby it was so easy to find food!

They first gave us a room on the 9th floor. The room was dirty, stains on the table, lights & TV were not working, bathroom floor was dirty, and the room smelled. The hotel staff told us that it was because the hotel was an old building, which did not explain why the room was DIRTY. I’ve stayed in a much more older building but the room was comfortable and clean. Although we changed room to 6th floor, it was only slightly cleaner than the previous room. We stayed for two nights, we requested to have the room clean but only towels were replaced. I would have leave immediately and find another hotel, but unfortunately everywhere were fully booked because of the new year peak season. did not sleep well at all, bed was not so comfortable. Overall, I won’t recommend anyone stay here.

location and price

asked for a quiet room in the booking and they put me in the room 501 which is right next to the main road. there were 80% other rooms that aren’t close to the main road. and the hotel wasn’t not at full capacity. Had to have a ear plug for sleeping

Calm, quiet hotel in a good location near cafes and restaurants. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we slept very well.

- location - bathroom, modern enough and spacious - value for money

- staff tried real hard at preventing me from parking my motorcycle in the hotel car park - the room did have a window, however it was painted over for good reasons, therefore it should have been categorized as a,windowless room.

The staff was excellent! Great location!

Convenient and safe location

Smell of smoke was strong in bathroom in room 805, I had to close the bathroom door all the time.
