Breakfast selections are good. The location is convenient and easy to find

The porter led me to the wrong room. I was supposed to go to 332 bur he took me to 322. 322 had a broken handle that couldn't lock, a broken aircon, a leaking faucet and a single pair of towels. Night 2, after being moved to the correct room, A lot better.

The rooms, the view, the pool and the breakfast were simply amazing. The price is really good value

I was given a smoking room, I would have appreciated for them to have an option of smoking or non smoking room. The whole room smelled like cigarettes.

There is a lovely smell in the lobby area, as well as on each floor. The entire hotel small devine. There is also a mall on the premises of the Hotel which makes shopping a big convenience.

the room was nice

I arrived and the facilities were not up to date with most modern standards of hotels, there were no smart tvs in the suites. I arrived into my newly upgraded room and there were crumbs on the floor, dirty curtains and a big rip in the curtain the bedroom. The service was just fair but not reflective of a 4 star hotel. All in all I’m disappointed by the over all experience and I had higher expectations from Southern Sun
